I placed an order numerous stuff cribs and drabs for nearly two wks still waiting for an electric stove fire and two lilac topiary balls ,customer service is hopeless gave them order number said that it was wrong ,that’s the order number I was given for the item s two separate it’s an nightmare trying to get a response then fob you off

I bought a 4 piece bedroom furniture set, costing almost £300 with delivery. We put the bedside tables together which were very small but fine. Spent 2 hours putting the wardrobe together, came to put the doors on and found that ALL 3 doors are damaged. I could have bought better condition second hand. I have contacted studio several times and each time I get told to 'wait for a response by email.' I have told them I want either new doors sending or a full refund. Customer service is appalling!

Absolutely shocking. Couldn't get on to pay my account saying I had wrong email wrong password. Clicked on forgotten password and did not respond. In all the previous years I used studio before they had this dire site they were fine, I have now closed the account for good as nothing but issue after issue. You need to sort this out studio.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! my order arrived with a damaged swimsuit. There is no number that I can find to call, so I've emailed and heard nothing. Customer service is non existent!

Ordered an expensive Lego set for a gift. Received an email that the package had been delivered, on Checking the picture it was abandoned at an incorrect address. Informed Studio within 40 minutes. 4 months and 40+ emails later I still had no refund so luckily I had purchased using my credit so was able to do a charge back. This process with RBS was smooth. Studio I would give minus stars if possible. Please check the most recent reviews before purchasing as you then more than likely won't. If you do please use a credit card then you have some cover as Studio will never refund you regardless of the circumstances.

Ended up going to the financial ombudsman reference studio. Item wasn't delivered, studio pay still charged me, after months of going round in circles studio retail - studio pay both stating not their issue it's the others, no contact, when you do mange to get an email response they ask the same questions over and over, end result nothing sorted, it's now with the financial ombudsman, I would recommend anyone having issues to use the financial ombudsman studio retail and studio pay need shut down

Poor customer service waiting times reaching over an hour and half before I made the decision to end the call as couldn’t wait any longer. This is the second attempt to contact Studio to discuss my account with the same outcome.

I didn't receive my delivery the courier in the area that not to my address I was in all day I have bought this up on several occasions and keep getting told it has been rejected even though I've proved it was not my building shown videos of my building and the entrance which looks nothing like the entrance of the building they was delivered to I don't have a concierge so it was not left or should have been left with anyone and yet they still expect me to pay for this this won't be happening again can't trust to delivery courier that they use contrast them

6 months ago ordered tv unit never arrived but was threatened with legal action if didn't pay the bill plus delivery late payment and interest still got no satisfaction from them shopped with them for years never ad trouble before dont seem to care about there customers it was my daughter in law who ordered for me cos i culdnt get through to them .

Absolute joke of a company. Customer service is non existent. Dealt with Studio for years and never had a problem but now it’s the worst company out there. Account closed now. This company should be shut down

Don’t use this company. I would not even give them a 1 star rating. I ordered a gazebo and it never arrived. I asked for a refund and they refused saying that it was now an investigation. My contract was with them not a third party. Ended up getting my money back through my bank. Totally unprofessional , rude and don’t know what they are doing.

Bought a streetwise car battery booster pack, the charger did not work. I asked for a replacement charger. I was told they would look into this. I was to hear back from them in 72 hours. Have now been chasing this up for over a week, they keep apologising and fobbing me off. I have requested a refund, still fobbing me off. The goods are not working and they will not give me a refund. The item cost £64.98, waste of money. Please DO NOT buy from studio there is more than 1500 reviews, all negitive. Wish I had checked them before my purchase.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Cannot believe they keep you on hold for well over an hour before you can even get through to someone. Then they give you a run around and can’t manage to find anything you’re asking them about.

It is impossible to contact them about an issue. There is no number for customer services. Just a number that puts you through to financial services and tells you that they can't help with orders. Absolutely useless.

Sent me an item that was damaged. It arrived at my door with the liquid bottle dripping at the bottom. I sent it back. Same order an item was also missing. No direct contact number for studio so emailed instead. Studio have sent me 18 emails saying pretty much the same thing for over a month now. Apparently they are dealing with it. Still haven’t had either of the items replaced or a refund. Horrendous customer service.

Still going on. With the financial ombudsman at the moment. I don’t owe anything. I cancelled the account as is my right within the first 14 days of opening it and 5 months later they’re trying to default and continue to report poorly on my credit profile. I’ve never had anything from this company. How can they just decide to ruin my credit profile. The staff haven’t got a clue what they’re doing. I’ve not had any information sent to me that I’ve requested. I asked for information to be able to send to the financial ombudsman and still nothing. Unbelievable.

Did not deliver my parcel, no contact phone number to speak to anybody, countless foreign email signatures stating computer generated responses that have nothing to do with my complaint or my money or my parcel, then commiting fraud using a photo years old of a random parcel getting delivered years ago, asked for a time stamped photo, nothing, Studio did not fulfil our contract and I'm owed money!
