Studio are by far the worst online retailer I have ever come across and I warn prospective customers of studio to check the many negative reviews on this company before giving them your custom.I made a purchase last November with a 3-5 delivery time, after a month of been told that it was on it's way studio cancelled the order stating it was an out of stock item and unavailable,it then took over 3 weeks to receive a refund but postage costs I had paid were withheld (the item was never sent). After over 30 emails to so called customer services stating I would not be paying, this amateurish outfit have still not refunded it 3 months later.I have now received countless emails, text and calls demanding payment or further action will be taken, the amount owed is tiny but as a matter of principle I do not pay money I do not owe, but true to their word they have affected my credit record something I couldn't care less about,I have now blocked all communications with studio.

Order placed on Nov 6th 2023, to date 18th Feb no order received depsite numerous emails and cancellations - when I review the courier website arrowxl (just as bad) it shows my order has been cancelled and I quote " Order Cancelled - System Change" Studio also keep changing the mobile app so I have no history of my order on there app - the customer services team are deliberately evasive (in my opinion) and the virtual assistant that you get through to is next to hopeless - I have demanded a refund (again) and will be taking them to a small claims court AVOID STUDIO LIKE THE PLAGUE - QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT TRY AND GET IT BACK..............GOOD LUCK

I have been a customer of studio when it was a good company but I had not placed any orders in the past year so my oh my did I get a surprise. When I tried to log into my account nothing happened. I even tried to registar a new email and still no luck. I have now tried for over a month to get through on the phone which is a laugh. Once you get the machone to answer your call and go through all the choices you are told we are really busy and you will have to wait at least 45mins and this is all the time. I am so disappointed as up to a year ago studio were great. I am fed up and have tried a number of things to get my account working so I could place an order. This new company have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They did not even have the manners to let me know that I could not get access to my online account. I thought when I read other bad reviews people where making things to be worse than what they were but my oh my O full agree with all that you have said. shocking company, ordered in Dec item never arrived Endless emails trying to sort it out, the item is still on my account and now impacting my credit as it needs paid. promises of escalation but nothing happening, repeated emails ending in no resolution. stupid useless chatbot that wont work. the order is no longer even showing on my studio account but i am still being charged through their finance team. on hold for 45mins to still get no where with the finance team as they say studio need to sort it ......... do not ever ever use this company

Beyond shocking! Items ordered in October, countless messages from myself in October, November, December etc to see where my orders are. Today I received this message (attached) Absolute joke, save yourself a headache and DON’T order from these scammers and save your money

If I could score you less that 1 star I would! I have been trying to resolve a discrepancy with unfilled orders since Dec 23 but I have been met with an inept Customer Service system where you can't speak with anyone just endless emails filled with empty promises, frustration and incompetence.

Never ever use this company! I am chasing a refund which they’ve told me to be patient for since December!! Secondly, I ordered and received a “6ft Christmas tree” which as you can see from the photos is 5’6! I have contacted them every other day since December to chase my refund and enquired about how to return the Christmas tree as it’s not as described but I’m not even receiving emails back now. Avoid Studio! They need shutting down.

Ordered an item in November and charged for it. Waited 10 days for delivery and it never arrived. Contacted them to be told item had been cancelled as was out of stock in warehouse. Was still charged for item. Have been in correspondence since December about receiving my refund and they are yet to give me my money back despite several e mails and phone calls. Absolutely shocking customer service and company. Will never use again. AVOID!!!

I placed a order for a laptop before Christmas it never arrived? I am still waiting for my refund and to close my account.i will never shop with studio again .I don't even think the laptop was dispatched bad customer service.awfull to there customers. Avoid

Worst company I have ever had an account or purchased from! Products are very low quality had several items returned even though they make the process so difficult. They are sneaky with the way you see your statements and payments. I'm quite intellectual but I can not work out for the life of me how they do there statements they are so confusing! The interest never seems to tally up and they don't make it clear that if you only make your minimum payment you could owe like 300 for example make a payment of 30 a month and take 5 years to pay it off paying 1800 in total. They built there back off of being a family helping orientated businesses and there worse than payday loans! I'm contacting them tomorrow because I actually think that ther system is faulty or they are scamming me! Avoid at all costs!

Avoid this company Bought an item in October, delivery stated within 7 days. Waited weeks with no response. Eventually Evri received my parcel. After waiting over a week for delivery I was told they'd lost my parcel so could have a full refund. Messaging system is ridiculous, they ask you the same questions constantly with no help. Finally got an item refund 3 months later but still waiting for the delivery refund. Buy elsewhere, do not use this company. I'll be deleting my account & warning others not to buy. I'll be contacting the ombudsman for the delivery refund

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE IT IS A SCAM!! I have contacted my bank and reported it. There was reviews on the furniture set I got before I bought it making me believe it was a genuine site and now the reviews are gone! Never got a delivery and when trying to get a refund it goes round and round in circles!!! PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!!

Do not use this company. They are SCAMMERS. Part delivered order, admitted fault but now not refunding me. False promises of investigating, allow 3-5 workings, be patient, contact finance department (can't get hold of), ask for all the order information. Conveniently not able to see my paid order on their account anymore! This has been going on for over a month and I still don't have my money back. Skeptical of using website as it didn't feel right... should have gone with my gut feeling! Do not use Studio!

Customer service rubbish, waiting for a refund for goods never received in October 2023. Keep being asked to give the same info, they say they will look into it and get back to me but never do. Can't access my orders, returns or statements on website any more and the "people" responding to emails can barely speak english. Will never order from them again and will be complaining to Financial Ombudsman. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!

Paid in full for a TV on 2nd December 2023. Tv never arrived. No refund. Studio took my money. Studio deleted my order. Studio refuse to refund me. Studio tell me to contact different departments just to delay me. Studio sent me in circles. They have taken my money and will not refund me. Its nearly 8 weeks since I ordered and no refund. Also found they have updated their app and have now deleted my order. I have proof of purchase though. I'm not a bad person and do not want to place bad reviews but studio leave me no choice. They have my money and won't refund me. What did I do wrong to deserve being scammed out of nearly and £120.00

Hands down the worst company I've ever dealt with. Incorrect and contradictory information continuously provided (when you can actually speak to anyone) The live chat is the only means of contact (no valid phone number can be found anywhere) and the responses are generic and unhelpful. Waited 3 months for an outdoor furniture set to arrive, continuously told to be patient. It's been shipped. Eventually told it would never arrive as it was out of stock when ordered. Finally got a refund on my account for the item (After an email to the CEO) but only after months of back and forth, no updates, incorrect information and every department pointing me to a different one. And it still didn't end there. It took a further 2 months for the interest fee (incurred for the item I didn't pay for because it never arrived!) to be credited back. And still sitting with a £20 shipping fee, for the same item that they never sent. I will never, ever use studio again and judging by similar reviews and stories I've read online, I am not the only one. I wonder how many unassuming people have paid these bogus shipping and interest fees for items that never turn up. Shocking for a "reputable business" Borderline scam of a company and a complete waste of time to resolve an issue that should have been straightforward.

I would have given no stars but not possible....I wish like other customers I had read other peoples reviews 2nd time I've bought something and it's lost or out of stock...but nobody tells you this...you have to wait to get your money back and when you do they have taking the 4.99 postage for a parcel that was never delivered...not on I will be getting advise on this....unless through this review someone gets intouch and returns what is mines. I used to love Studio...sooooo disappointed.
