“To be honest, I'm a little confused by these reviews. Everything has been delivered on time and in great condition. I wonder if, like other places, there are going to be unhappy customers and justifiably so, on most selling sites. We also know that some are far more likley rate if dissatisfied. I'm throwing 5 stars in to the ring. I've saved so much money and Christmas is nearly sorted. Not personally experienced an interaction with customer service, as luckily, each transaction has been very straightforward. I do feel bad for those with negative experiences though, and I hope their issues are satisfactorily esolved.”

“I subscribed to try out a new perfume before committing and getting it in a large size (also great for travel!) Delivery was smooth and I was very happy with the product. I was a little bit worried after seeing that you can’t cancel the subscription on the website yourself and you had to contact customer services. After reading reviews I didn’t have much hope however I was very pleasantly surprised when I emailed to cancel late Sunday evening, and on Monday morning I received an email confirming that my subscription had been cancelled. Very happy and will use again in the future when I want to try something new again.”

“somebody complained about having to ring to cancel the subscription and getting no reply. i just rang to cancel mine and it was super easy and the lady was very nice :) i did find they didnt answer after a certain time as the message said "our customer service team has gone home for the day" so after 5pm i think?? which is fair enough. i just rang at 11:40ish and got through straight away :). i think its a great way to test out new perfumes plus you get a discount on the big bottles of whichever ones you like! so, good experience for me :)”

“I have ordered from the Fragrance Shop twice recently. Their website is first class and is equally matched by their customer service. All products are competitively priced and you have a choice of courier. Other retailers, namely Boots, will lose business as they do not offer a service to match. Iwould hesitate to recommend.”

“I had a very good experience with The Fragrance Shop, so I was surprised when I saw all the negative reviews. I feel very sad for all the people who had bad experiences with them. I ordered the Shawn Mendes original and SM II. It arrived promptly within a few days. I even made further purchases, paying for next day delivery which was 0.99p. The delivery arrived the next day. The fragrances were authentic as they lasted all day. I again went to visit the site today to make a further purchase but there is no 'add to basket' or 'buy now' option on any of the fragrances. Out of curiosity I stumbled across this site and read all the reviews. I was saddened to see that people had been 'ripped-off'. I can only assume that I have been very lucky! I hope everyone is able to resolve all their buying issues.”

“When shopping in the Fragrance shop in the Livingston designer outlet a shop assistant with called Carly helped us out. She was very kind and polite and helped us out a lot by helping us find nice perfumes and good offers.”
