“Everything's gone downhill especially since they 'upgraded' their website. Once you've gone through that nightmare of that mess and found something, it takes forever to come. No confirmation email and no reply to yours and a queue of more than 9 on Customer Services phone. When the order does arrive it isn't what you ordered. Size XL sent instead of S and delicate items smashed as just chucked in a plastic bag...”

“i bough a coffee bag 300grs? its says colombian ground coffee, relatively expensive the the rubish quality, 5 british pounds. tasteless, very weak flavour. strongly not recommend it.”

“First time I have ordered online. Really impressed with the speed of delivery by DPD - they sent me tracking details so I could see where the driver was up to. Products I ordered were, as usual great quality. Been buying from TK Maxx for years, always been happy (except a brief time when they shortened their returns to 7 or 14 days, neither are any good for me!! Fortunately they are back to 28 days!”
