“This department store(tkmaxx dfo cairns)ir really good and nice...all items that you need is there and some are famous branded too..the shop is well lighted not dark,and the section of the items us really visible..the passage is wide..very nice ambience!!!
But this staff get my attention,his name is ALEXANDER(name in the docket)..He really help the customer nicely...
It's the most bussies month of the year (Christmas)the QUEUE in the counter is blockbuster movie WOW-O-WOW!!! Two girls in the counter looks stress and not smiling,no eye contact,they just stand there doing there job...
For me as a supervisor in customer service for 12 years...that's is absolutely not good...The only person go beyond my expectations is ALEXANDER,he smile,eye contact,he's body language is very happy to serve even lunch time already,his voice calling "next please" not shouting/angry voice... I wish tkmaxx employ like him..

“My mum went into the above bar branch in Southampton on Wednesday 10th April. She noticed the lift was not working and she is unstable going down on escalators. A very kind lady on the jewellery section came to her rescue and she called for the manager who was also a lady. They very kindly got the men fixing the lift to turn it of so she could go downstairs then when she got out they turned it back on.
