“I am disappointed lately as the clothing does not sell good brand labels anymore. I can see low end poor fabrics colours and looks like low end shops.
Music can be so bad drive you out of the shop.
Skin products mostly cheap.
Hair products great.
Everything else is lovely.

“Always found a nice tee-shirt here, or a pair of jeans. Prices have started rising though, feels not so excellent bargain as it once did.
I do like the home decor sections, as they give a good scope of bric-a-brac to keep my mind interested. Ok pricing too.
The reward scheme feels useless and it should be more keys to money spent.
The rewards are very boring, ie I have just logged into John Lewis app and clicked a button to win a dinner for 2 in the Ritz. Or other apps just give things like a free Greg's coffee, just by clicking.
"Treasure" wants me to collect expensive keys for "a chance" to win, an advent calendar?!?! (should be free), win 2 tickets to a panto trip (nice but I haven't the time to go to London from Wales).... Or a "chance to win" a year of arts pass, (I mean I'll go once if I'm close, but it's not my thing to go all the time).
That's it. 3 so called rewards.
Money off next shop is a reward, not a gamble "chance to win"...
I sometimes can't be bothered even to get out the card thinking that there is no point. Rather quicker get out of the queue....”
“This used to be a great store but the last few years it has drastically went downhill the prices even though less than the so called original prices are well over inflated.
They also seem to have a lot of black dark clothing know nothing much with colour.
I loved it when they had no clue about makes but now they seem to just take a little bit of original prices shame it has got so poor I loved a wee bargain back in the day.”

The reason for 4/5 stars is because TK Maxx is great for unique, reasonably priced high end merchandise but items shown online will not necessarily be available in your local store. To avoid disappointment, stay away from the online shop and you'll find some treasure in store!”
“This store offers so much choice I had looked all over to buy a winter coat and I found a lovely turquoise/blue waterproof 3/4 length coat for £40 It has a faux fur lined good and inner jacket and Im very happy with the service I received. I definitely recommend TKMAXX”
