“I have never ever had such a bad experience as l had in their London Colney store. There was rubbish left on the floor no one cared to clear up, the staff couldn’t be bothered to help. One girl sat texting at the checkout and ignored me when l asked a question. I wrote to customer services in June and chased 3 times but still no response. I then emailed Tony Slipman CEO on 29th July and what a surprise! He didn’t bother either. Which goes to prove - bad management, bad staff”
“I love Tk maxx. But the on line experience is a different matter. As far as the product was considered, all was well and I loved the lamp shade that I received via click and collect. The delivery service was great and communication was brilliant. The website needs some work as there is not enough photos or description of the product. No info on what the material was or colours. There was one picture that you couldn’t zoom in on. You just have to make sure that you look at the product before you leave the stoop to save you coming back to return it if it’s not what you thought.”
