1. The one who was working at the jewelry point.
She refers me to the second lady as she was dealing with the jewellery section.
She ensured I was assisted straight away with no delay.
The second one did not catch her name, she originates from Bangladesh.
She ensured that got the best products explaining the importance of the products as per needs in a holistic manner.
3. Tiscica who serves me at the till. Who helps me my earring.

Sarah informed me that customer service would be able to help and gave me the telephone number- luckily I was able to find my receipt with proof of purchase, they were able to freeze the card and Alison was able to issue me with a new gift card. I went to TKMax in Menai Retail Park, Bangor, North Wales to have a look at the sales & obviously it was pretty chaotic with customers discarding clothes & objects everywhere, which meant some items got separated. I was trying to find an assistant & Liz came to my rescue; she is a fabulous advert for TKMax customer service as she helped me look for a missing earring with a smile on her face & a lovely attitude. Later on I found a coat minus it's belt & after approaching several members of staff who shrugged their shoulders & walked away, Liz came round the corner & she offered to look behind the counter & in the changing room in case a customer had discarded it there. She also suggested my cousin use the online TKMax to find a jacket that the store didn't have in her size & we found one & purchased it online there & then. I don't think my cousin would have thought of this without Liz's help. She really made our day & I would like to say a huge thank you to a smashing assistant. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻”

Bought large mirror in Drogheda store, which did not fit in my car, one of the TK Maxx employees Gareth saw it would not fit and offered to deliver with his Jeep the following day, Sunday morning, which he did.
