Now 4 weeks after returning items and still no refund of £300 they keep saying it’s in the system I’d advise everyone not to purchase online until they restore customers confidence with prompt payments please see all the reviews on late refunds!

I will never, ever order a shirt from these people again. No delivery of order and no follow up. I hope they are going to return my money.

Ordered 6 shirts. 3 came dirty- managed to clean 2 up and returned 1. Now 7 weeks and 2 follow up emails and no refund even though TM Lewin have acknowledged return. Really poor service.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. We ordered, we paid its 2 months now and no delivery. What is particularly annoying is the endless drivel from customer service quoting courier numbers that don’t exist and reasons that don’t make sense. One excuse even quoted hold ups due to our VAT system and excise duty. Firstly we don’t have excise duty on clothing and secondly our country has no VAT. I think they are bankrupt and are just stealing from people. Do not order from this company would be my sorry advice. Not sure what else I can do but keep badgering them in the vain hope they will give me a refund. Again like others 1 star because no stars is not an option.

I have been waiting for a refund for weeks. I have proof that the items have been received at the returns address. I emailed so many times and have had no response .. It is impossible to get hold of anyone.

I returned my item over a month ago and have issues with refund. If you are willing to take that risk good luck to you but my advice, do not make any purchase here. One star because no star was no an option.

After being delivered the wrong item, I spent several months sending emails asking for their error to be corrected. The original order was made in July and, as of the end of December, I have not yet even received any acknowledgement of the problem, other that a couple of robo responses. Disgraceful. Will not be purchasing from TM Lewin again.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered a suit and it was delivered with SECOND-HAND trousers, already worn and even repaired by the previous owners ! Cannot get any response from customer services, I am in the process of commencing legal proceedings to recover my money

The service from TM Lewin is now rock bottom. Shame, but they have really failed as an online only option. They have taken the order and the money and now over 28 days later are uncontactable by phone and don’t respond to emails. There’s no info or update on their internet. I suggest that they are struggling badly. I wouldn’t recommend you place an order. One star as that’s as low as you can go.. in truth wouldn’t give them that!

Placed order and wait for 2 weeks, didn't receive, when called to track, been told that your order was out of stock and have cancelled!! Without any email to me! I checked later, and all were in the stock by with new price! Absolutely a shame!

Ordered on the 27th of May and the order was despatched 2nd of June. Between 2nd of June and today has been several emails from customer support, many of them automated mass replies. After about a month of despatching, the order was declared as lost in transit. I was given 2 options, to get replacements or to get refund. Well, we needed the items ordered so I opted for replacement and was given fully tracked delivery (the initial order was not tracked which is really odd because of their high international delivery charge). It's been 3 months now and I still have not received the order. Getting sick of reading the customer support's reassuring emails "we appreciate this is highly frustrating", "we are commited to getting the order for you in the near future", "sorry for any inconvenience". Honestly, TM Lewin is only a shadow of what it used to be or even less if it is possible. Yesterday I received an email from TML that my order has been cancelled and "As such we have had to cancel your order and we assure you, no payment has been taken." What the...?? Well the payment has definitely been taken on the 31st of May and now they owe me €140,80. Let's see if it takes another 3 months and numerous emails until I see the refund on my credit card. Avoid.

Ordered shirts for wedding - goods didnt arrive. Received very poor communication. Cancelled order & obtained elsewhere. One star because I couldn't leave any less!! Not a great experience & one I wont be experiencing in future.

Worst ever experience..! I purchase an item on Date: 16 Apr 2020 Order Number: 46770761 By the 20th of April I received a text and email from Hermes that they have “successfully delivered” my parcel to my address (address was correct by the way..!”!”). However the item was never delivered to my address whatsoever. These are the dates of my chats and emails with T.M.Lewin: • 20th April • 23rd April • 25th April • 30th April • 01st May • 03rd May • 05th May Plus several calls to their support team On the 30th of April they offered me to send the item again plus a complementary shirt OR a full refund. knowing how terrible an unreliable Hermes delivery service is. I decided to have a full refund. They told me the refund will take 4 to 5 working days (this was 30th April when I talked to Connor from support service). It has passed 46 full days and I still awaiting my money. I have contacted them on their chat and even two members of the staff have left the chat when I start explaining my situation (they don’t care. Once they get your money they don’t care if you got your item or money back).. Simple .! I have read some of the other reviews below and as mentioned by other customers like (Karl itos, Jag Narayan, Frederik, JT, Attitla Sereny)…….. .......There is not a better and clearer example of setting a massive wall of incompetence than T.M.Lewin. If there is one good thing about T.M.Lewin online experience….”please let me know because I didn’t found it…………”. The whole experience has been utterly deflating and depressing in it dire awfulness and remarkably disgraceful. The customer team only do is apologising and saying (your money will be in 4 to 5 working days) even when I explained that I have been waiting for more than 20 days for the money. Nevertheless they keep repeating the same. Quiet bizarre ..!” Unsurprisingly during the time ( 20 April and 1 June ) I have been struggling with T.M.Lewin . I have purchased from other companies and experienced flawless and remarkable customer service receiving items on time from (TedBaker, Charles Tyrwhitt, and Emma mattress, to mention a few). However T.M.Lewin keeps blaming their incompetence to the “lockdown” HOW PATHETIC..!"!”!”. Complete absence of planning, training, and business resilience and continuity. Absolute mismanagement and disorganization from TOP MANAGEMENT I would advice to anyone considering engaging with T.M.Lewin online to think twice.!” Read the other reviews because so many people cannot all be wrong. T.M.Lewin is the most hideously awful online service I’ve had the misfortune to come across; opportunistic corporate bandwagon jumping with almost no understanding of what actually makes good, effective and efficient customer service and satisfaction. or even passable..!” T.M.Lewin may be full of emails offering reduction and cheap deals but they are inexcusably bad to say the least. Don’t buy there....... As I said before, You will have better experience and pay almost the same with the offers from Ted Baker and Charles Tyrwhitt plus the quality is beyond good..!” far better that T.M Dismal, service that will inevitable make them disappear like a bad dream. Verdict: What to order: Nothing. What to avoid: Everything.

Very disappointed with the customer services!!! I have been chasing for my 80£ refund for a month now!! They tell me the same thing over and over. To be such a big and well known and high end company, the service offered after purchasing is very poor!!! Very disappointed after buying so many shirts from them!!!

Ordered a tie for my soon to be son in law on 20th November. He wanted a tie to match the dress I had chosen for the wedding this Christmas. It was a £49.50 tie that had been reduced to £19.49 which was brilliant. But 2 days later I have no confirmation email even though I put through all my payment details and can see the order on my computer history. So no tie no email and nothing from TM Lewin to say they could not honour my order. Really annoying.
