DO NOT TOUCH THEM WITH BERGE POLE. Bought 4 shirts on 7 Jan. One month later Feb 7 still no delivery, customer support doesn't seem to care. No chat. No phone. Only communication through email submission via their site to which they provide generic useless answers. Asked for immediate refund, no reply for that. Absolutely disgusting experience. Tracking from Hermes last update on 20 Jan says: "We're sorry your parcel is delayed, we'll update as soon as the parcel is out for delivery." Since then heard nothing from them.

Returned my order over 3 months ago, no acknowledgement it has been received, no reply from customer service, no money back. I will not be ordering from them again

My only regret is having to give this company 1 star - if only the option of "ZERO" was possible, i would have done it. This company believes in customer service, the same way you believe in living with a cancer! Avoid this company with all your effort. Remove them from your mailing list and ignore all the "specials" - they are all worthless. Product is mediocre at best. Service and deliver is worth ZERO! Worse experience I have ever had to endure!

Loyal customer of TM Lewin for over 10 years, always buy my shirts from them. Since they have closed their shops the online service quite frankly is diabolical! Ordered two shirts online and then a week later - YES a whole week, I get two e-mails saying they are out of stock so they have simply cancelled the order and that I will have to wait up to 7 days for my refund. Really disappointing that it takes them 14 days to deal with this when it should be instant. Won't be using them again. AVOID.

Ordered 4 shirts on 27th of November as a Christmas gift for my partner and today, 17th of December I have not received it; nor I have received any response to the 2 inquiries I sent them. What a miserable customer experience- never again

Ordered 3 suits. Returned 2. Have only been refunded for the trousers. Still owed over £350. Impossible to get resolved with them. They do not seem interested. Beware.

Folks, if anyone is going to order a suit from TM Lewin, I would strongly advise you not to do that. Ordered the suit, but unfortunately I chose the wrong size. Sent it back to the shop, following all the rules described on the website. A month later the parcel came back. According to the tracking number, it just spent two weeks in the post office in England and the post office sent it back. I have contacted support a few times asking what to do next, sending copies of receipts, pictures of labels, only once I was able to talk in detail with one manager who even promised to help, but a month has passed and things have not moved on. I have been a customer of TM Lewin since 2002. I used to buy shirts and suits in off-line shops more often, of course, but lately I have started to use the online shop. I didn't expect that kind of attitude - complete indifference and inaction. The £275 + shipping was a waste of money. I thought everyone was fighting for their customers during the pandemic, but they seem to have too many customers. :( If anything, my order number is 50096825 to confirm the situation.

No shops and No idea! I need a bow tie and they have no idea to a delivery time scale. This is a busineess about to go under, whatever happens don't buy gift vouchers as the won't be around in the New Year!

Do not order online with them. they use Hermes, the absolute delivery service in existence. No way to contact them nor to complaint. I ordered a suit as i needed it urgent, after over a week still not delivered and no explanation given. ( I paid extra for a quicker delivery). Would give 0/5 if i could!

NO STARS! Returned 2 shirts 8 weeks ago and still not received my refund! Have emailed them three times and all they say is "we are experiencing delays in processing refunds" never ever buying anything from this lot again!

I would leave less than one star if I could. They are sending me fob off emails in response to my emails regarding a refund. They have my cash and their product back - not good enough!

I was given a mens shirt as a gift, wore it once, for 5 minutes, upon which the short tore near one of the button holes. I sent photos of the shirt to TM Lewin, customer services declined to provide a refund for a faulty product, without a receipt. Never purchasing from them again.

Appalling, had a gift voucher that had expired due to pandemic and illness in the family, would not extend or consider extension. been a long term customer, £150.00 down the drain, but of course was paid for... very short sighted - disappointing.

Ordered 3 shirts. One was sent with no packaging but only inside a flimsy bag. When the bag was opened a super strong pungent smell of cologne rushed out. The shirt was obviously used and worn. Disgusting! Never again. The customer service was useless. I was a loyal customer but no more.

A loyal customer of TM Lewin for over a decade however will not be shopping with them again. I cannot fault the quality however given they no longer have stores on the high street I felt compelled to write this review to make others aware of the ongoing issues I am experiencing. I returned a suit on the 12th June as it was too small. After chasing several times I was assured my refund was being processed on the 1st July. It’s now the 20th July I still haven’t received my refund and I’ve just been told that TM Lewin are unable to refund customers back to the debit or credit card you paid with, it is now by bank transfer only. I’ve sent my bank details across and have now been told a refund will take at least 14 days! Personally alarm bells are starting to ring with me and I think the company has cash flow issues otherwise why delay to this extent a refund? I wouldn’t recommend buying from TM Lewin unless you are certain of sizing etc.

Thieves. Awaiting refund of $280 for 5 months! I have been a customer of TM Lewin for a number of years, albeit the physical store before their Australian operation went into receivership. After a sizable purchase of $280.00 online in March 2021 for my wedding, the funds were withdrawn from my account and the product never dispatched. Was promised a refund as a matter of priority in early May 2021. Have sent dozens of emails requesting the refund to empty promises in return (of escalating the issue, making my refund a priority, etc). I was asked for my bank details, they were provided. Still nothing. All I have received is dishonesty - excuses and lies from the highly scripted customer service team. I am now forced to call out TM Lewin as thieves, as many - MANY - others have demonstrated in their reports here and elsewhere online. I will be alerting the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission and my bank of this fraudulent company. I suggest others in my position do the same before TM Lewin can steal others' money before going down the drain in the UK for good. DO NOT BUY. YOU WILL BE THE SUBJECT OF THEFT. You have been warned. A painful $280.00 lesson for me. And don't be fooled by TM Lewin's inevitable scripted response to email me and address my concerns. I have been dealing with them back and forth for what is approaching 5 months. Disgraceful lies and stalling tactics every single time. Never again.

I am based in Australia and ordered from TM Lewins Australian website. I waited 3 weeks to received my order and when I did I had the complete wrong shirts, ie I order 3 shirts size 16 got 2 shirts size 15… contacted them straight away, let them know it’s incorrect, was told oh well send them back by airmail at your own expense, we will reimburse once we receive them. No apology no explanation. I said that was t good enough, after ten years of ordering and never having an issue I was shocked at how inconsiderate and uncaring they were being. I paid to return the items at my own expense and are now more that $310 AUD out of pocket and still have no shirts. I’ve now got an email from the refunds department saying they’ll refund the cost of the shirts but it will take up to three weeks and doesn’t include the cost of the original £15 pounds postage. So all my effort and time and I’ll still be out of pocket. Numerous requests to speak to someone and 2 months since my order and I’m still nowhere. After more than ten years as a customer I will NEVER order from these guys ever again based purely on this experience… I’ve read the reviews here and recently this seems to be a consistent theme, so I guess that’s it for TM Lewin. I’ve also reported them to Consumer Protection in Australia as well.

I returned my goods to them 7 weeks ago and I still have not had my refund of over £350. They say I am in a queue but do nothing to process my refund. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM T.M .LEWIN - you have been warned!
