Have seen the video footage of a member of your staff verbally abusing a lady in your store. What an absolute disgrace. You need to educate your staff. You are breaking the law discriminating against someone who is exempt.

If the dog I mean man who shouted verbal abuse at the lady for not wearing a mask is still working at your one of your branches in Northampton then you as a company should be a ashamed of yourselves. There is no need to investigate. He quite clearly was rude to this lady. Anybody that speaks to to customers like that should be immediately sacked. And by the way. SHAME to the staff in that store that seemed to do absolutely nothing about that man!!!

Terrible behaviour from their staff. Re training in basic manners are required.

Wow, I just saw video footage of a member of your staff verbally abusing a mask exempt lady. His language & aggressive behaviour was disgusting, and I sincerely hope that appropriate action is taken against him. He is clearly seen breaching the Equalities Act 2010 & the Disabilities Discrimination Act - shame on this individual.

Disgusting and discriminating behaviour from roger towards a customer - disgraceful representation for tool station! Bullying and swearing. I will never use tool station and will never recommend them!

Disgusting treatment of a customer who was exempt from wearing a mask. The foul language and abuse should lead to the dismissal of the person involved or it would appear that Toolstation allows this behaviour by their staff

Nobody should be made to feel less than because they are exempt from wearing a mask. Your staff should be made to watch a few Professor Mike Yeadon videos.

I was absolutely appalled to witness a recording that is currently circulating on social media which contained one of your male employees verbally abusing a female customer at the Northampton branch of tool station. This employee not only acted in a very aggressive, unprofessional, abusive manner, but very unlawful too! His behaviour is beyond unnaceptable! He is clearly committing disibility dicrimination hate crime.I suggest you immediately update your employees with the current legislation - i.e, A mask exempt individual is not at liberty to produce any form of evidence regarding mask their exemption.A person should also not be asked, harrased, forced or bullied into producing such. A copy of this recording has also be sent to head office.

Shocking response from a member of staff to a female customer not wearing a mask. Absolutely no need for the foul and abusive language and shouldn’t be in a customer facing role.

Just saw the twitter video of a member of your staff calling a woman customer a “fucking bitch”, for not wearing a mask. This is a disgrace and he needs to be sacked. Boycott immediately!!!

Caught on video....Northampton male staff member acting like a member of the SS, a real bully, verbally abusing a female shopper, insisting she suffocate herself with a useless face nappy, obviously working at Tool station because he is one.

Just watched a video of a female customer being treated awfully by a male member of staff at your Northampton branch because she was medically exempt and wasn't wearing a mask. What was also shocking was that no other male member of staff stepped in to stop this abusive behaviour. (Video attached). If this is how Toolstation treats their customers then I want nothing to do with the company.

Still waiting for light bulbs to arrive, ordered last week. Not impressed with the after care service; takes forever to get a response. Couldn’t get through on chat or phone lines and have only had one response to my email telling me that the goods have been delivered to the wrong address! Not impressed!

The shop in wsm took my order but when I went to pay I was asked if I could use a card as they had put the tills away. Why I wasn't told this beforehand so I didn't waist my time nobody knows. There are no notices of company policy to say 20 minites before closing they don't take cash. The manager was abusive called the police. I offered her the option to open a till. I was told it was my own fault as I was ordering 10 minites before the close for businesses. The store assistant told me I was an idiot when I asked what am I meant to do. He told me to go to a bank and pay my money in. Not particularly good advice or customer service. I tried to lodge a complaint with the store manager. But she couldn't take complaints however She sceemed an email address at me. Refused to Wright it down. After requesting them to write it down while she was using the panic button talking to the police. The assistant scribbled something illedgable on a piece of till role and slammed it on the counter. So thanks for waisting my time tool station. No need to apologise for your substandard service. I think the message is loud and clear. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. No apology. Just ordered to leave as I'm obviously at fault together with false alligations to the police. So I suggest going to screw fix who have a larger product range customerservice skills and now will even make traids people a free tea or coffee to take away

Very poor customer service. I purchased 2 consumer units from Toolstation. Both turned out to be faulty, but we did not realise this until a day had been spent wiring them in. They both contained faulty RCCDs (4 in total). I asked Toolstation to replace 2 of the faulty parts and credit me for the ones that I was returning and would have to replace elsewhere (because Toolstation did not have the parts in stock). They insisted that I had to unwire the consumer boxes and send them back for a replacement or refund and referred me to their smallprint. Next time I will be shopping at a local wholesaler rather than using a company who clearly have no regard for customer service or satisfaction

I paid nearly £400 for a piece of tooling to be delivered today. I called in to their helpline earlier today to see where my item was and was promised a call back. I have 3 engineers on full pay all weekend to undertake a job in a critical building , without this the building will need to stay closed and my business may face litigation. I could have purchased this kit from another supplier but through their lack of correspondence i am now completely open to getting massive charges against my business. And not even a phone call. Disgusting
