“Visited the Redditch branch just before closing time Saturday 23rd February. The 3 guys there were excellent, very helpful nothing to much trouble. Glad to see a place sticking to its closing time rather than putting down the shutters 5 mins early.”

“Couldn't get through on phone at Saltash branch as I live on the Cornish side, So tried ringing Rendle street branch in Plymouth and got through to Gareth first call and he helped me no end and a really great guy , Just wish he would come to the Cornish side 😁😁”

“They showed me all the options for my intended purchase and went above and beyond to find ways to reduce the cost of the items. They then rang another branch nearer to my home but as the products were out of stock there they agreed to deliver from their own branch. I was extremely impressed with the customer service and, in addition, the delivery driver was very polite and courteous”

“I was at the Travis Perkins branch in Amersham today. I was looking at paving slabs to have in my back garden they have a great range and the staff are very helpful. Soon as I pulled in I was approached and showed me around and was very helpful with idea Thank you Kieron”
