ordered some stuff on a monday ( paid cash ) for thursday delivery,anytime i said as long as i know AM or PM,called am was told be mid to late morning,no show,called again to say early to late afternoon..still waiting and little did they know im a transport manager and tried to fob me off with all sorts of excuses.........non existent customer services

Your website stated that if I purchased a shed shown as 'in stock' it would be delivered within 30 days. You have now advised that it will take considerably longer for the item to be delivered. This means you misrepresented yourself on your website, which I can only see as a method of gaining money using false promises. This is disgusting behaviour. You should not lie in order to gain sales.

Disgusting. No communication when delivery is changed. Cannot find you on the system when you complain but manage to cash the cheque of over £360 without problem. Disappointing when you have arranged everything and people to erect the shed etc.

Don’t answer phones, turn non-trade away at gates, ignore their customers. If you’re in the Petersfield area use WKL: They answer phones immediately and are open to the public - unlike TP

Poor communication about delivery, non-supportive customer service, let down customer, careless staff. I ordered three bags of gravels and after 9 days I am still waiting for to be delivered. I spoke with the manager of the Eastleigh group and received empty promises with no success. Untrustworthy service, avoid at all cost!

Wish I had never ordered from a nightmare of a company. Next day delivery well a week on no sign of my delivery. 18 phone calls later nothing just false promises. Do not order anything from this company lies lies lies not at all good for you blood pressure. I will be demanding a refund today. Finally received order... surprise surprise a customer returned second hand mitre saw complete with marks of usage and sawdust. Not even packed .. phoned customer service another apology must have sent out return item back to waiting for collection and delivery of new item.... week number 2 roll on....please don’t waste your money or time on this company you will regret buying from them..... £230 pound out of pocket

Tavistock branch 1/6/20, Takes ages to answer the phone, min order value £50 click and collect, min order of 5 bags sand, can't buy unless I have n account and cannot go in to get one. All ridiculous and non customer friendly. Using corona virus as an excuse for bad service.

Placed an order last weekend paid in full for delivery today 28th March left a phone number in case they needed to contact me. Waited for delivery nothing arrived. Telephoned Wolverhampton office to be told delivery wasn't coming. No courtesy phone call to tell me they said they had refunded my payment but nothing in the bank. Not happy had z job to do this weekend and no materials.

Website prices are unrelated to the shop prices, their rep said the website pricing is 'just a guiide', good priced a total of £95 on website, quoted at £260 over the phone, woefully inept.

Disregard towards a long term customer and money loss making delivery service. An order placed a week in advance arrives two days later. I've been a client of the Vauxhall branch for many years all went pretty smoothly except the last order. I placed the order with Darrin O'Connor a week in advance to make sure that we'll have it delivered on the day in the morning. The day comes but no order is delivered. After chasing them repeatedly over the phone in the branch, because Darrin wasn't answering his phone, they acknowledged that they have no stock hence no delivery. They promised a delivery for the following day in the morning. And it didn't happen. I started chasing them again halfway through the morning and they promised that the driver is close. I kept chasing and same reply although the time was passing. In the afternoon still no delivery until almost 3pm. By this time the work day was almost over and my team waited 2 days of work (paid in full) for this order without which the project couldn't start. Still no news from Darrin. Starting with the manager, except the usual "we do our best", there was no real action to put this straight in any way or even better to contain it before it became so worse.

After all the hard work the staff do across the number of brand's Travis Perkins own and the amount of money they make for the Travis Perkins brand's the staff will only get SSP if they have to self isolate due to the corona virus and if Boris Johnston puts the country on lockdown they will only get SSP after everything they do for the Travis Perkins brand's and all the millions Travis Perkins makes they should be ashamed of themselves and should look after all those loyal staff members. stop being greedy Travis Perkins and look after your staff. You would be nowhere without them

Not impressed up to now. I have ordered 3 internal doors. I was emailed a delivery date for the following day, also received a text confirming. Given 8-6 timescale. No delivery or phone call to advise why! Got another text this morning stating delivery will be between 7-12. No call to check if this s convenient. Shocking service, will see if they arrive today but after reading reviews I am not convinced.

Do not buy from this company they do not accept returns as they say they do. I went to return a unopened pave tuf which costs about £45 only to be told its not on their computer. I offered my address and card number as they delivered it! No refund and just fobbed off!!! I'm now stuck with it. I even offered bank statement only to be told there's no proof that it was from our branch - JOKE, they delivered it

My resent experiences with Travis Perkins can be described as poor at best. They managed to consistently underperform throughout the course of our building project which resulted in higher costs and significant delays with the build. It is my experience that they have a contempt for there customers which is as present in stored, as it is at head office. We had to contend with there inability to deliver at the agreed date, the supplying of faulty materials, over charging, charging for materials we had not ordered and total incompetence when rectifying their own mistakes. I would strongly recommend choosing a different building merchants until Travis Perkins take real steps to resolve their frankly terrible approach to customer service.
