“We needed to order some materials for a patio we are building. We knew what we wanted but had a problem with the delivery. So we popped to our local store in Tamworth & was greeted by Laurie. We told him our issue & he said he needed to speak to the driver who would be delivering our order & would call us. True to his word within an hour he had sorted our problem & called us back. We returned to place our order & Dave served us. He advised us of the correct materials we needed rather than just order what we were saying. From start to finish both Laurie & Dave we very helpful. They went above & beyond to make sure we had what we needed & that it would be delivered as requested. Thank you both. We will definitely be using Travis Perkins Tamworth again”

“Our shed was going to be delivered earlier so we had to get the base done the day b4. We thought nobody would deliver sand and cement that quick!!! We phoned travis perkins on the off chance they would deliver (thinking no chance). They not only came and delivered but the drivers went above and beyond. We thought they would have to put the bulk bag of sand on the front garden and we would have to go forwards and backwords to the back garden. Chris and glyn were amazing as they said they could put it over the back wall to save keep going to the front. They saved lots of time. We would never have got our shed base done in time otherwise. Thankyou guys for making our job 100% easier. Chris and glyn were very professional and very friendly. We will not hesitate to use travis perkins again, and would definately reccomend them.”

“We were served by Kristy in Perkins Restaurant and Bakery store #2668 on October 18, 2022… We couldn’t have had a nicer server and friendly helper… she served us like we were family… if you want to feel at home in a restaurant go to Perkins where you feel 100%…. she is definitely an asset to the company…”

“Beware when hiring tools from this company, hired rotavator from TP Brandon Suffolk branch. After collection it was agreed the machinery was cleaned and re fuelled by myself as in the terms of contact. £200 was taken for payment for 1 days hire and deposit. When I checked my credit card statement the remaining balance for refund after hire charge was not paid in full, when I contacted my local branch they then said after I proved their mistake that conveniently that they cannot make refunds once the transaction has been made ! Now have to wait for TP head office to issue me a cheque ! AVIOD as TP cannot refund your payment card for their mistake.”

“Excellent service. The tracking delivery system is a big bonus and allows for setting out the days work. Driver arrived as per tracking and was helpful and polite throughout the delivery.”

“Just had an order delivered by Billy what a gent travis perkins s you really do go an extra mile with service Billy unloaded a d then put it in my shed for me as hubby recovering from a cancer operation he really was a lovely guy I think you have benchmarked for other companies my order no was Travis Perkins order: F83040 Dear Heather Order confirmed for delivery on 25 Nov between 07:00-13:00 Service requests have been accommodated Thank you Billy”
