I have been contacting Ubisoft and going back and forth with them because of an issue I’m having with being unable to buy an in game subscription. I keep getting notices from them saying they haven’t solved my issue but are “escalating it” to someone else, which ends up going nowhere. They also told me to not contact them back because it’ll restart my submission. So when I didn’t reply back they said they closed my ticket because they haven’t heard back even though they’re the ones who told me not to reply. I have asked to return my game car and get a new one since this is clearly an issue they are u able to resolve, I also asked to speak to someone on the phone and they said they don’t have that option. Basically this has been going back and forth the same conversation over and over again and it is probably the worst service I’ve ever gotten in my life especially when I am literally trying to give them money by purchasing a subscription. This has seriously left a sour taste in my mouth and I am very noted with Ubisoft.

I’ve had to sign in each time to play the game and clicking remember device and the stupid two step verification pops up each time and takes about one year to send maybe 2 then when you actually get on the game you get brainless teammates and go against champs this game sucks

Don't ever do business with them they will sell you games that don't work if you try ask for help you'll never receive it an when you ask them why they haven't gotten back to you in over 3 weeks they lock ur account an deny you support which is very strange.

I raised a case two weeks ago regarding removing two step authentication from my account. Not even had a generic auto reply since. Absolutely shocking service.

Your servers suck. Your rank system sucks. Why am I emerald playing nothing but diamond players and mnk users. I genuinely hope all yours games shut down permanently.

They don't finish games and the games that they do release are full of bugs and crash constantly. They should absolutely be ashamed of themselves for releasing have completed games and expecting people to pay full price for them and then not even bothering to fix it. In my personal opinion I think everybody should boycott Ubisoft until they change their mantra. They are an absolute disgrace to the gaming world.

Wow Imagine a company with terrible support, they charge for every little in game content that should be free woth most games, support is so trash id rather deal with Microsoft for 8 hours then ubisoft for 3.

Their support should be renamed as useless. I tried to get a account linking thing fixed and after they told me what I needed to give them in order to remedy the issue they would not respond. It was open for a week with no response. I refunded the game via steam (thank God for that and my God is Ubisoft hot garbage). The steam refund literally took a couple hours. I am definitely never buying another ubicrap game.

Absolutely terrible in every single aspect. Their website is so over complicates it makes your head nearly explode. There is actual guides in relation to navigating the website, however they are actually outdated because ubisoft cant stick with a design. Ubisoft connect is REQUIRED for almost all of their games, however it does nothing because all of its functions require you to go to the website to use! The WORST company ever. I'd perfer they just go bankrupt and loose all my games then keep working with this garbage.

From the Ubisoft Connect app. I tried to use coin credits for a %20 discount when buying a game (older game not new). I clicked four times (waiting each time) and nothing happened. I never got a discount - BUT, it deducted 400 credits from my account which left me with only 96 (you need 100 for a discount code.) I started a ticket and told them this and they kept sending me request after request for screenshots showing me trying to get a discount code. I already told them (if they read at all) that I only had 96 - not 100. They just kept asking for screenshots. Then they asked for SAME screenshots to include the system clock ! I'm just not buying anymore Ubisoft junk games. I'll stick to Steam (and make sure the games aren't requiring the Ubisoft Connect platform.

theres no skill based match making in siege or something. its so f-ing annoying that i play 6-7 games in a row because i get into games where people have never left their house in their whole lives and instant kill me. you think if the game saw me get 0 kills 6 matches in a row it would not put me into matches with the sweatiest people on earth

100% the worst game devs r6 is ruined spent whole of last night customising all my characters after switching to pc. now all my saved data from last night ALL GONE i hate ubisoft i hope they become bankrupt and their business fails as a whole
