"I got scammed. Purchased a bag and when it arrived I opened it and it was a McDonald\u2019s bag stuffed with rubbish\ud83e\udd26\u200d\u2640\ufe0f. I am so upset because it was a blatant scammer from overseas. I have purchased at least 15 items previously, high end and this experience has left me wounded and angry"

"I bought a skirt that was listed by the seller as \"Never Worn\". \r\n\r\nUnder Vestiaire Collective's description of Never Worn, the item is almos like new. \r\n\r\nWhen I received the skirt it was damaged, the fabric with white spots throughout, a tear on the inside waist seam, wrinkled and an absolute mess. VC sent me a label for return after posting the photos of it and they refused my Refund request, have not been forthcoming at all and flat out claim the seller's photos were compliant, refusing to admit that the Never Worn Condition was anything but compliant. Very disappointing experience, they cahrge a fortune for vetting the items and this is what you might get, someone in a bad mood deciding to refuse you a refund on an item that is not complying with their seller guidelines. Horrible. Beware. Never ever again buying from VC."
