The strap on the bag keeps unlucking itself. I'm pretty sure the seller was aware but didn't mention it the description. Disappointing.

Vestaire is a good platform but far too expensive a cost compared tio competitors.

After leaving this review and escalating my case, Vestiaire finally processed the payment for my Prada sandals (Ref. 57235905). I have now received the funds. While I am relieved this has been resolved, it only happened after weeks of frustration, multiple unanswered messages, and public pressure. As a seller, this experience has been very discouraging, and I have since decided to close my account. I hope Vestiaire improves seller protection and customer support, as no one should have to go through this to simply be paid for a sale.

Too good to be true. One item had a piece missing which wasn't mentioned in the description (an Otazu necklace). The Max Mara bag did have faults but it was sold with a status of 'good' and yet one of the bits of metal from the strap broke off mid walk. Turns out the bit of metal was rotten through. One item which was authenticatie by them, still seems good. Lesson: fraudsters will be fraudsters to make a quick buck. Vestiaire Collective does its best to help.

Friendly helpful replies by VC staff. Good authentic designer items in excellent condition at good prices. However wish didn’t have to pay import tax fees or high fees for buyer and seller.

Im not sure wheter I like VC or not. I have ordered 4 things from them, all were cancelled after a few days. That was very annoying and i think they should check better with the sellers wheter products are still for sale. One shoe i bought was listet 3 days prior to me buying it and still they cancelled it because it wasn't available. On the otherhand i bought a bag on 19/04 and they shipped the bag instantly and went through authenticity check in just 1 day and now its on its way to me.
