“We brought 2 pairs of shoes. They both came perfectly packaged. Everything was simple and straightforward. I will definitely be ordering from there. The trick it to only buy new or new with tags. Love it so far!”

“I purchased a black soho Gucci bag which after wearing for one hour started losing the black paint to reveal a red bag. After three days of back and forth emails , returned the bag to eventually get a full refund. They now have it listed twice with different pics and different prices but no mention that it was originally red.”

“I have now used most preloved platforms as both a buyer and seller and believe that Vestiaire is by far the best. As a seller, I’ve been very happy with the process and revenue received and as a buyer, I’ve found many vintage gems at reasonable prices, all supported by warm and responsive customer service. I’ve also found the community most helpful and friendly. In over five years trading very regularly on the site, I have only ever had one concern about authenticity, which was addressed seriously, timeously and expertly. I recommend the Consignment Service if you are short of time and/or capacity to manage listings.”
