“I have now used most preloved platforms as both a buyer and seller and believe that Vestiaire is by far the best. As a seller, I’ve been very happy with the process and revenue received and as a buyer, I’ve found many vintage gems at reasonable prices, all supported by warm and responsive customer service. I’ve also found the community most helpful and friendly. In over five years trading very regularly on the site, I have only ever had one concern about authenticity, which was addressed seriously, timeously and expertly. I recommend the Consignment Service if you are short of time and/or capacity to manage listings.”

“Thank you I received my shoes I was very happy with them and very happy with the experience I thought it would take a lot longer to process and receive from Europe to Australia but was quicker I was abit apprehensive as I had never heard about this website before I will definitely but again communication on tracking website very good thank you”

“I'm surprised to see so many bad reviews. I have made 3 high value purchases from different sellers. 2 have been excellent and 1 had to be returned (seller posted wrong item) and was refunded ASAP. 5 stars .”

“I love the shop, this is where i can shop designer blazers.i already recommended it to my friends for them to enjoy and shop responsibly. 2 things to improve though is the shipping, i mean too long is the leeway for a seller to ship the item going to vestiaire. And also hopefully they should require seller to post more pics of the item and also if its clothes atleast try it on so we can actually see the reference.”
