“Pretty good concept for sustainable, circular fashion. Don’t waste money on the verification process though, adds time and they aren’t actually qualified, just communicate with the seller and ask for proof if you are unsure.”

“I used Vestiaire twice and both times received genuine items and described and pictured …the process and postage all 5 star …a third time I used them to buy a bag and the Authenticity team sent a photo of a imperfection they had found ..not mentioned and promptly refunded me when I decided I did not want it ….I have used them over a period 3 years …and would recommend them because of my positive experience with them….”

“I’ve been selling since the beginning of 2018, so far so good. Not without the downsides, customers service can be unhelpful and other users can be disrespectful. However, most of the time the sales are smooth and the payments are made on time. They have improved a great deal since 2018, and constantly making changes. A lot depends on the sellers , their commitment and honesty. Some sellers can be arrogant, refuse offers and take their time with the shipments. Most of the problems come from the sellers being deceitful and not being honest about the state of the items. The more trustworthy sellers will join this community, the better our experience on the platform will become. @mashaz”

“I don't want buyers to be so sceptical about the site because I, on the other hand, am a satisfied seller and buyer. You have to be careful about second hand items on ANY site, not just Vestiaire. So let's keep it real and if you have to, you can still ask the buyer anything you want before you buy it or even ask for more photos.”

“I just received my first purchase on this site and was very pleased! It is a beautiful Missoni dress which looks practically new and arrived timely (considering it traveled from France to Italy and then to me in Florida!) I was very surprised to read the negative reviews on this site. Hopefully they will not let me down on my next purchase!”
