“I just received my first purchase on this site and was very pleased! It is a beautiful Missoni dress which looks practically new and arrived timely (considering it traveled from France to Italy and then to me in Florida!) I was very surprised to read the negative reviews on this site. Hopefully they will not let me down on my next purchase!”

“Brilliant from start to finish I think it’s better if you buy from a trusted or professional seller. Only then can you return your item !! I bought 2 Chanel bags so beautiful matched discription I want to sell one of them so not to sure how that works”

“I ordered an incredibly well-crafted BOGNER ski jacket from France---it's beautiful and instead of paying $2,300 retail, I got for $450. Incredibly, it arrived via DHL from France to Boston in 3 days---seriously. Thumbs Up, except for their customer service--- it's a complete joke.”

“Terrible non existent customer service. Bought a scarf for £381 & the seller went off grid. No scarf, no money back , no help from Vestiaire . I made numerous phone calls , they tell me to contact seller on comments!! Dreadful customer service . I bought scarf on 24th October, paid immediately, they took money immediately and after that nothing”

“I Love everything about this company. I always receive a swift helpful response to sent emails. The 'Make an offer button' Is fab and i find the pricing fare. If you take into consideration that the site is used Worldwide and items are sent to France for inspection and verification, Then sent to the buyer, the delivery time is good. As I choose item with care, and trust Vestiaire, I'v never had to return an item. Love them!”
