“Vestiaire collective made sure I received the item on time, that the product is authentic and genuine. It is a sustainable business and I feel that from the packaging to details in the product, thoughts have been put into making it more sustainable and environmentally friendly. I am very satisfied with the service it provided with every step of the way clear and concise. The price is very satisfactory as well. Delivery was timely and incredibly fast. The app delivers a great shopping experience. The authentication service is a fantastic add-on service too.”

“Pretty good concept for sustainable, circular fashion. Don’t waste money on the verification process though, adds time and they aren’t actually qualified, just communicate with the seller and ask for proof if you are unsure.”

“I used Vestiaire twice and both times received genuine items and described and pictured …the process and postage all 5 star …a third time I used them to buy a bag and the Authenticity team sent a photo of a imperfection they had found ..not mentioned and promptly refunded me when I decided I did not want it ….I have used them over a period 3 years …and would recommend them because of my positive experience with them….”
