“I've been buying from this site for over a year now for my boutique. They are not perfect, but they will do their best to help you.There were some issues that I had encountered too but in the end they helped and resolved it. The customer service are very polite and respectful. They will try to help you to the best they can. I got lucky that I found this trusted seller from Japan. Since then, I only buy bunch of LV bags from that seller. I only buy from a seller who offers authentication from V. I really screened the seller before I buy from that seller. If there's no red says...AUTHENTICATION...I will not buy it. I also did my research who to trust and to buy with in this site. Check their profile first, and how many item they had sold already. Keep in mind...Vestiaire doesn't own all the item they sell. There's a lot of different sellers from all over the world who sells in this site, so it is your job to really screen the seller and the buyer. So far, I have never encountered yet a bad bad experience, I hope I will not. Like what I said, I got upset at one time but they still helped to resolved it. Good luck people!!!”

“I encountered a purchase which Vestiaire offered me an option to cancel the order, as the item that they received and verified has some differences from the seller description and can’t tell from pictures shared by seller. I’m grateful that, Vestiaire not only served as a platform for preloved products but also a guardian Angel for buyers and I feel safe to transact via this platform.”

“Vestiaire collective made sure I received the item on time, that the product is authentic and genuine. It is a sustainable business and I feel that from the packaging to details in the product, thoughts have been put into making it more sustainable and environmentally friendly. I am very satisfied with the service it provided with every step of the way clear and concise. The price is very satisfactory as well. Delivery was timely and incredibly fast. The app delivers a great shopping experience. The authentication service is a fantastic add-on service too.”
