“I have been a happy customer withi Vestaire for around 4 years and have been happy with every purchase, it’s always as described re the condition and an authentic item. Once it’s been authenticated it’s promptly shipped with an estimated arrival date and will usually be delivered on or very near that date. I cannot comment on poor service because it’s always been very good. I feel I can buy with confidence. Highly recommend Vestiaire”

“I have ordered a few items thus far. My first order was delivered to me with absolutely no issues. The last order was cancelled as it didn’t meet authentication checks. I was refunded immediately without any hesitation. It makes the process not only easier but feel more secure knowing that someone is checking the item, making sure it is correct and fits the description.”

“I've been buying from this site for over a year now for my boutique. They are not perfect, but they will do their best to help you.There were some issues that I had encountered too but in the end they helped and resolved it. The customer service are very polite and respectful. They will try to help you to the best they can. I got lucky that I found this trusted seller from Japan. Since then, I only buy bunch of LV bags from that seller. I only buy from a seller who offers authentication from V. I really screened the seller before I buy from that seller. If there's no red says...AUTHENTICATION...I will not buy it. I also did my research who to trust and to buy with in this site. Check their profile first, and how many item they had sold already. Keep in mind...Vestiaire doesn't own all the item they sell. There's a lot of different sellers from all over the world who sells in this site, so it is your job to really screen the seller and the buyer. So far, I have never encountered yet a bad bad experience, I hope I will not. Like what I said, I got upset at one time but they still helped to resolved it. Good luck people!!!”
