I give 5 stars As my experience was very good on returning 3 items Roslyn quickly dealt with my query on how to return these3 items And the money was promptly returned to my bank account But sorry to say the quality of wallis has sadly dropped I have had to return 5dresses that unsuitable and poor quality But other then that unlike many I quickly got the information on how to make returns Thank you

Return experience. Takes ages to login. The clothes were awful and I have to pay the pleasure to return awful clothes. It is a shame because have been a loyal wallis customer in the past.

Do not order from this company, there is no phone number to get hold of them, ordered with a discount was unable to apply said it was out of time when I had just received it!!! Will never buy from these again.

If I could leave a negative star I would. Item arrived on time but although advertised as white was definitely cream. Perhaps Wallis wash their clothing in Boston! Online it says free returns but that actually means £1-99 to return a misrepresented item. Although ordered via Wallis order is acknowledged by Debenhams and so you have to navigate the labyrinth of concession and non concession goods to return item and get return label. Having dealt with Debenhams in the past will now have to wait a month for a refund if past experience is anything to go by. I loved Debenhams as a store but online they are a nightmare. Avoid them at all cost

Trying to return a jacket return page sends you to debenhams Web page for returns but won't accept order no and says doesn't know my email address just keeps saying to redo how many times do you have to keep putting your details in to keep getting know were need to do something urgently

I have been chasing up a refund for nearly a month. Wallis insist it has been sent to my bank but I haven’t received it and I have checked several times with the bank. The bank has agreed to proceed with a charge back so hopefully this will work. I wish I had taken heed of the warnings . A disgraceful way of extorting money from people who cannot afford it.

After 30 plus years of shopping with Wallis - I will NEVER shop with them again. Since taken over by Boo Hoo they are an absolute DISGRACE. Every time I return an item - I NEVER EVER GET A REFUND - so they basically just steal your money. Am disgusted as theft surely is not acceptable. Will be pushing this further they have now stolen money from me too may times before. Shambles of a company since taken over by the Boo Hoo Racketers, no more than Liars and Thieves.

Still awaiting an order which was placed on 30th May.Got an email on 1st saying it would be sent to Royal mail with a tracking reference.Royal Mail states they are still waiting for confirmation so they can upload item on their system before delivery.Where is the parcel.

Absolutely dreadful experience after a return. They initially sent me the wrong size. I have been using their messaging to request my refund. Friday I was told I would have it by the end of the day. Today it was after the 26th, then another advisor said in 48 hours. They don't know what they are doing! I may have to contact my credit card for a charge back.

Arranged return online, printed return label this was not recognised when scanned why is there not a telephone number. I will not be ordering again.

Never ever ordering from here again. It was so difficult trying to return an item. Started a return for evri returns and the label didn’t scan when taken to return. Will never order anything from here ever again!! Very disappointed

How do you actually get in touch with Wallis’s?need help on a return . Won’t print out my return label at my local return shop .don’t know what to do .can’t get In touch with Walliss.very poor customer service .love their clothes but won’t order from them again due to not being able to contact them for help .

Don’t go near Wallis online. Ordered few items no problem. Placed an order 12/1/23, cancelled by Wallis as item out of stock {The same day} Contacted them via live chat said the refund would hit my account by the 19/1/23. Didn’t happen contacted them again 23/1/23 STIIL NO REFUND told me it had been refunded and I would need to contact my cc company. Now waiting for credit card company to help. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM

The same story as others. Still not received refund for item purchased in December. Email customer services weekly and keep getting fobbed off with please give us another 5 days and blaming bank. I am not confident I will ever see my money and will not be using this company again.

I posted a review a few days ago, so I just want to let people know the best way to get refunded is to go through "Resolver" and very insistent, took me 2 days and several e-mails and in the end the money was in my account, which proves it was never sent in the first place. Disgraceful company
