Sadly I have to agree that all these reviews with 1 star rating are true; many online shoppers - like myself - should read reviews before agreeing to buy anything online. Hopefully Wallis service and quality of goods on sale will improve - in the meantime... from tried and tested.

Ordered a leather jacket. Delivery was prompt however on receiving the parcel I opened it to find it was a totally different jacket, size etc Contacted customer service regarding it, commenced a return and have now been told it’s out of stock!!! Do NOT buy from here totally disappointed as it was to go with an outfit on the rare occasion I get out. Absolutely disgusted how anyone could mistake a very thin cloth material to a leather jacket and still pack it for delivery. Customer service were very good via email however doesn’t take away from the fact that receiving a vastly wrong item to the one ordered will render them losing custom. I will not be ordering again nor would I recommend to anyone

Absolutely shocking customer service, recently purchased a poncho washed it once as instructed on the care instructions and it stretched 3in offered £5 back!!! I now have a product that is unusable, expensive purchase for one wear. Disgusting!

I only had 2 out of items in my parcel due to items being out of stock but they still billed me for the 4 items and I have been unable to obtain a refund !! Furious is an understatement!!!

I have requested a QR code portal not working i have spoken to Layla Kayy Shaban Zeshaan Emily Sehrish not one advisor has sorted this out if you want customers to continue to shop at Wallis please sort your return policy out it really is frustrating and annoying

I had return a jacket, they notified me that they got the return by email I had contact them three times and I still don't get my money back never again, I used to be a good customer but definitely due to the bad customer service experience I won't buy from them again.

I returned 2 dresses and received an email confirming the items had been received on the 29th December. I am still awaiting a refund after several emails stating that there is an issue with my PayPal account and that it will be refunded shortly. Utter fabrication. Three weeks have passed and still nothing. Appalling customer service. I will not purchase again from Wallis.

i returned boots for a refund and Wallis are saying i had a problem with my paypal account !!!! untrue, they then said they would investigate and process my refund with five days !!! no refund, this is disgusting customer service and i will be taking this further.

I never received the two tops I ordered they were not delivered here by DPD but were returned to Wallis damaged I am disappointed as I was looking forward to receiving them. I got my refund thank you but I would have preferred to receive what I ordered. I am positive the blame lies with DPD as they have a very bad reputation in Ireland and we have had to deliver items to neighbours that were left in our porch. In your own interest change your couriers.

Very disappointed. I have been a customer of Wallis for many years. However, what a difference since the Boohoo takeover. The quality of the fabrics is massively disappointing and, whilst I still look on the website - in the the hope of finding something suitable in a good fabric/design, I haven’t been able to do so for quite sometime. It all seems to be done on “the cheap” now. Doubt it I will buy anything again.

Have been trying for two weeks to get return label but every time go to portal it isn’t working so there is no way getting one and all emails are ignored. Terrible service now left with an article that will never be used. Maureen Macdonald

Hi I ordered several items from Wallis & could not fault the quick delivery but because the sizes are now all to pot i have had to return them . They acknowledge the return has been received but that is all. Trying to get them to refund your money is hellish. No wonder the owners are millionaires PLEASE people read the reviews before you buy from this awful despicable company

I have been a customer of Wallis for years nd was always happy with the service provided however now not being able to contact a customer service adviser directly has damaged my perceptions of the company. Without social media you are stuck, you have left out a section of your customer base in this respect those of us who do not use social media. Surely you could also provide a customer service email address where customers could make contact with you on your website. I am wanting to gain a refund on next day delivery charge as your courier did not manage to complete the transaction in the time frame and I cannot communicate with you which to say the least is very frustrating.

Same as previous reviewer. Ordered 3 dresses. All too big. Link to return doesn't work and customer services email address has been giving me undelivered messages back. Spent 153 euro.

NEVER BUY AT WALLIS Have sent 2 dresses return and will not give me a refund. Bad service and 100 gbp poorer. The company is a disgrace and so unprofessional. The link did not work and no mention of sending my garments registered from Europe. Lack of communication between the warehouse and customer service. 3 months later and still no refund.

this company is a disgrace. we returned 3 dresses in July and despite writing 4 times Wallis deny any knowledge of the transaction or return. we have provided comprehensive proof, but they still send pro-forma refusals. do not trust this company.

Appalling customer services have sent two emails no reply. Ordered a top but had to returned as ordered small and they sent an XL. Paid postage. Returned item but have heard nothing from them or a refund. Will nevervisecagain

First time using Wallis online was charged twice for dress Aug 8th. Unable to get money back Many emails, always different person, keep being told complaint escalated ( 3 times now) Been asked to send and resend screen shot of credit card bill. Have read many reviews on other sites and all have same or similar experiences. Good at taking your money but not good at rectifying their mistakes, I suppose it's one way of making money!
