Always missing parts. I bought a toy which had missing part and I returned bought another one but unfortunately it has wrong part. Today I bought a sewing machine guess what it has missing part too.I will never buy anything from Walmart.Sorry Walmart.😞

Oh it was an exhilarating experience at the ghetto mall, I never spent so many food stamps in one place! And the fashion show of shoppers is always an experience in itself. Although, I felt kinda out of place among all the women with McDonald's figures in skin tight leggings that accentuate every crack and crevice you never wanted to know they have, And the symphony of screaming children for your listening pleasure always makes for a relaxing stroll down past the toy aisle, I absolutely cannot WAIT to go again, I didn't take any pictures this time but, I didn't see the point, every Walmart Ive ever been to, looked pretty much the same

Terrible customer srevi ce. I called and a woman named Isabella kept trying to rush me off whgen i asked for a manager. She told me it would be at least 4 hours wait time and kept telling me she didn't want to waste my time or hers

Mad as hell. 3 items rang up wrong. No prices on any thing on walmarts 256. Was first one by customer receipt checker. Didn't she check my receipt after seeing girl customer service help me. Didn't stop know one else cause my cat food wasn't in bag. No bag big enough. August 1 2022. Feel targeted 68 years old.

Ordered grocery delivery online from Walmart on Grey Lag Way Lexington KY. Order was > 2 hrs late, so I contacted customer service via link on the Walmart app. Waited another 30 min to speak to someone, who advised the store had canceled my delivery and bumped it to the next day--without consulting with me at all. Customer service then allegedy tried to contact the store "but they didn't answer the phone".....so apparently Walmart cannot contact Walmart.....seems convenient.... I expressed no one would be home the next day to get the delivery, and customer service did not care at all and kept offering to cancel my order rather than help me. I asked to speak with a supervisor, and waited 40 min and one "was still not available." I was given an estimate that I would have to wait another 30 min at least to speak with a supervisor, and it was already after 9pm by this time and I have to be at work at 5am. It seems that the entire goal of customer service is to keep people "on hold" for hours until they give up and accept a refund rather than bothering to actually remedy issues. Walmart will no longer have my business. Walmart forgets that Target, Meijer, Whole Foods, Krogers, Aldi, and Gordons are also in this location and ready to accept former Walmart customers.

i have purchased around 20 items on Walmart online in the last 60 days. Normal shipments comes OK, but make sure you really want what you have ordered. I have tried to cancel 3 items that were shipped. Walmart never sent me an email on my request and I find out that they ignored it by finding my item has already shipped usually this is one to two days after I made my request to cancel. Lack of communication is terrible

There online shopping app is horrible. Things I have been getting delivered for years keep going to pick up even though they say they can be delivered. If I wanted to pick them up I would not be shopping on line. They need to stop changing the app and get their act together. No more Walmart for me.

My wife and I are handicapped and shopping for a weeks worth of groceries is no small undertaking. We just got home with zero groceries and lots of high blood pressure. We had 2 carts full of grocs and when the cashier pushed the wrong button to total up the bill, everything went downhill. The cashier went to get some sort of management person to see if she could fix things. After pushing some more buttons she said we have to unload and unbag all our purchases and run them back through again. The manager was upset with me because she insisted that it was all a mistake, but I said "why is this my problem? I'm not blaming the cashier, but then again I'm not the one that pushed the wrong button, so if it's up to me to fix your mistake, you can have all this stuff to restock" I've never been treated so shabby in a store before. We spend hundreds of dollars every week in that place. There isn't much competition around here (Houghton Lake) but I think I may just do some driving in the future.

What’s the deal with Walmart’s high prices?? I stopped shopping their and now just use H‑E‑B. When Walmart is a dollar higher on certain items forget them!

I took a 92 year old man in for a booster and there was only one bench to sit on in the pharmacy area. This is ridiculous. I went and got a stool from the home furnishings area. This lack of concern for the elderly and disabled is very sad.

I had to drive over 30 miles needlessly because they would not answer their phones. Every company I have ever worked for would have fired me for not answering incoming calls.

They are scamming scum of the earth. Lets start with the fact I used Walmart.com and I ordered a TV last summer (2021) that never showed up. Months of going through hell with them I just gave up. I have a credit card with my kids as authorized users who only use this card for IN STORE purchases of groceries, yet May 2022 and June 2022 W+ charged me 12.95 (twice) for a membership. I called to cancel and they "said I dont have a subscription, they cant find me or my kids or my card and there is nothing they can do about it go turn off my debit". I will be not only be leaving bad reviews, but I will be cancelling them and I never shop there again. 2 HOURS LATER FINALLY GOT MY WALMART CC CLOSED. 1 HOUR AFTER THAT I GOT AN EMAIL FROM WALMARTCONTACTS ABOUT AN ORDER (I DIDNT PLACE!) CALLED BACK AGAIN NO ONE CAN HELP CORP DOESNT CARE EITHER SCUM OF THE EARTH CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS, THE COMPANY IS A SCAM, I HATE THEM

I hate, loathe, and despise self-checkout! I’ve been a Walmart shopper for years but I’m now willing to drive further to Target & to pay more at an upscale grocery store to avoid this policy of profit over service. I’m through shopping at Walmart & will be spending my money elsewhere.

Levittown/Tullytown, PA is by far the worst store in the Bucks County Area. Wish there was a way to give ZERO STARS. Dirty, never stocked, and the customer service is absolutely horrible from bottom to top! If your looking for the most incompetent workers then go here they have them all! Managers are lazy, on their phones, unwilling to assist customers or go the extra mile especially if your checking out close to closing time! Had a manager cancel my order because I called him out on his lack of work ethic and effort to help process my order after waiting 10 mins for him to even mosey down to the registers. Only after I walked to customer service myself and found him on his cell phone. And he had the nerve to say I could lose my attitude. Then accused me of name calling after I said out loud not to his face "this is dumb". He practically abused his "power" as a manager and said what did you say, then proceeded to smirk and say your order is cancelled how about that. And called security to have me excorted out. I have never in my life been so livid and appauled by a store managers behavior. I felt bullied. I will never step foot in that store again and I am actually upset with myself for even going there in the first place knowing how much I dislike that store location. If there is a store that needs a complete overhaul of renovation and employees this would be it!! Do not shop there! Half their fridges and freezers barely work. Store is dirty. Never stocked with what you need. Its just not worth it. Go to Bensalem or Philadelphia Mills and you will have a much better experience.

Walmart canceled My Pillow because they want to appease the left radical communists. Bed, Bath & Beyond & Kohls did the same same thing. Think about where you spend your money!

I made a purchase for 8 items on 12/5/21 which they all had to be returned, everything was returned by mid jan 2022 got credit for $862.82 however the rest of the money ($619.53) I never received Tried contacting them about 5 times and every time the answer was that I will get back my money but I never received it, nor are they even willing to send me a confirmation email!!!

Overall,Walmarts been okay but when chicken sits 10 hours,it shouldn't cost $8.I just needed something you eat so Is brought a dry ,overpriced chicken in Texarka na,Ar.

I went into the store to get a refund on a tool that I had not used so I figured why keep it? I was greeted by a nice customer service representative who gave me a walmart card, on my way out I was approached by scraggly looking dude with earrings who said he wanted to talk. Called me a their and a liar because I came into the store with an empty bag!! I tried to show him my recipe, but he wouldn't look at it . Then told me I was not allowed in the store again. Anaheim CA horrible!!!

I ordered a canopy I need for my flea market reseller business and needed it immediately so I attempted to order one from walmart.com. They tell meI will receive it on Sunday 06/19/2022 by 10pm. It never shows up so I call customer service. Janis assures me it will be at my home 06/20/2022 and since Walmart.com was unable to deliver when it was supposed to be to me she would give mea refund and allow the product to show up as a formal apology after I explained the several times walmart.com failed me. Today 06/20/2022 I call customer service and they tell me that they cancelled my order and gave mea refund. I just wanted the item!!!!! Worst supposed delivery ever. Never trust walmart.com to receive anything as I have never to received more than one order I've ever ordered off of their website. Such bs!
