“Call center / calling local stores Walmart use to hire local residents to work at their corporate office call center, now all calls go overseas to foreign countries. Sam Walton is rolling over in his grave to think what his family has done with his companies. He was always AMERICA first; his family and shareholders should be ashamed of themselves. You cannot even call a local store without the calls being routed too foreign countries. Such a shame”

“I went and bought a seat cover for my truck! It did not fit so I took it back. She had put the amount back on my U CARD then fast she put my money from where it was taken out from my bank card , she put the 21. on a walmart gift card. I tried to use it for gas at Murphys and it would not work. I want to put it towards my oil change when I am able to get it done but I dont know if they will take it. I dont know why she put the 21 Dollars on a gift card I paid that money from my debit card!”

“I was returning a massage gun I paid cash for only to be given a gift card after returning the product 2 times . No one would open the case where they were located. No associate available . The gift card has so many fees every transaction and I still never got the massager. I knew the prepared food is bad. But the service is awful shies on sale for 4.00 but shipping is 15. Make it make sense. That's my true opinion.”

“Horrible delivery service. Customer service in Philippines incapable of doing anything about a problem. Stores don't answer phones. Cancelled my delivery service after a 1and1/2 year of problems with almost every order. Tried doing pick up. Last straw, in 2 days my order was cancelled 6 times. Walmart is automatically cancelling orders due to fraud. Spent hours on phone trying to get order through, (my bank has a blanket block on walmart.com orders over a certain amount due to fraud). This was in anticipation of snow. Order cancelled in middle of night. Now there are so many holds on my account I cannot access funds to shop somewhere else. I put up with this this long because I care for disabled people in my home and it is hard to leave them to shop. Will never step foot in a walmart again. Not only do they not care about service, they absolutely could care less about anything I have outlined. Just about making money.”

“Walmart's website advertised a bunch of items with "free shipping," after the 35-dollar order threshold is met. Then, in the shopping cart, I noticed all kinds of "seller shipping fees," including for Calidad tortilla chips. Also, Walmart sold me "Walmart Plus" a couple of years ago, promising delivery to my front door in Oklahoma. Then, their website stated that they did not deliver in my area. I paid for Walmart plus for over a year and got no benefit from using it, whatsoever. Walmart should get a class action lawsuit for false advertising again. Also, my shipping address is my front door because I am 100 percent disabled and have no vehicle. Walmart ships items to the post office, which is blocks away. I am missing part of my left leg and have severe pain when walking and also (when walking in the cold) my back cramps and the pain gets even worse.”

“Purchased a humidifier from Walmart, a r good product, I purchased the same humidifier... humidifier blew only, I began a return on line ,Walmart explained on web site return would be easy. Walmart would not accept the humidifier, I was given a small receipt stating Walmart did not want it in the store. Now My order of these two humidifiers do appear on my order page. Fortunately I ordered the humidifiers from an outstanding company, whom paid for return,explained refund would be returned by Company it was paid, in which is Walmart.”

“walmart.com is horrible. They have 3rd party sellers stock the product at Walmart, and Walmart ships it. But since Walmart is so horrible to their seller network - the sellers are frustrated and angry, and Walmart makes no attempt to fix the relationships. So you often get products that are damaged in shipment (by Walmart) and replacement is impossible as Sellers have little incentive to restock.”
