I went into the store to get a refund on a tool that I had not used so I figured why keep it? I was greeted by a nice customer service representative who gave me a walmart card, on my way out I was approached by scraggly looking dude with earrings who said he wanted to talk. Called me a their and a liar because I came into the store with an empty bag!! I tried to show him my recipe, but he wouldn't look at it . Then told me I was not allowed in the store again. Anaheim CA horrible!!!

I ordered a canopy I need for my flea market reseller business and needed it immediately so I attempted to order one from walmart.com. They tell meI will receive it on Sunday 06/19/2022 by 10pm. It never shows up so I call customer service. Janis assures me it will be at my home 06/20/2022 and since Walmart.com was unable to deliver when it was supposed to be to me she would give mea refund and allow the product to show up as a formal apology after I explained the several times walmart.com failed me. Today 06/20/2022 I call customer service and they tell me that they cancelled my order and gave mea refund. I just wanted the item!!!!! Worst supposed delivery ever. Never trust walmart.com to receive anything as I have never to received more than one order I've ever ordered off of their website. Such bs!

On Thursday June 9, 2022 at approximately 4:35PM My wife and I went to the Walmart Store #5881 in Springfield PA. We planned on buying a new 65'' TV and home theater accessories and components. As we arrived at the electronics/TV department we observed seven (7) store employees in the department glued to their phones completely ignoring us. I don't know if it was our tattoos or my wife's blue hair, no one looked our way, or said "hello" . We felt completely discriminated against. I had cash in hand and fully intended to purchase a new 65' tv and soundbar. After 15-20 minutes browsing through the department we tried to get the attention of 1 out of the 7 employees, to no avail. We left the store feeling completely dismayed and degraded. In comparison we decided to browse Bestbuy, the prices were higher, but that was completely offset by their professionalism and willingness to assist us.

Terrible experience. I ordered window shades that were way too short so I returned them 10 days ago by mail. Apparently they never received it. Customer service assured me that I would receive a call within 20 minutes from customer service and shipping department. That was 6 hours ago. Should have ordered from Amazon. Lesson learned. Will never do business with Walmart again.

My son was accused of stealing, after he refill 2 of the 5 gallon bottles of water. The first 2 things on receipt were the 2 bottles of refillable water. This old woman who ck his receipt detain him by taking receipt to security. Yeah nothing came out of it after I called to report it 2x to customer service. Security and store manager stated they would "look into it", what a joke. He got detain for what?. Is it being a young black 25 yr man?. Furthermore. we decided to take the right approach and report incident. instead of making a scene. This happened at the Walmart in Riverdale Georgia on 5/5/2022

Proceeded to order on line. Identified the item, put it in the cart and went through all of the steps of ordering, including address, credit card, etc. And then, after they had collected all of my info. and I was ready to complete the purchase, they tell me "Item Out of Stock." Well, they could have told me that, of course, as soon as I selected the item, but then they wouldn't have been able to collect my information. FOR THIS GROSS ABUSE OF MY TIME AND OF MY PERSONAL DATA I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE WALMART AGAIN.

BEWARE!!! Don't pay any attention to the prices and availability shown on your local Walmart website as they won't honor any price differences from what they have at the store. I drove over 20 miles just to buy some fertilizer listed at $14.62. When I purchased it, it rang up $18.88, I showed the cashier the website listing and he said, "we are not allowed to honor "our" prices listed on the website per the instructions of our manager". I told him the price shown on the website was the only reason we came to purchase the fertilizer. The cashier said, "sorry". So...if they won't honor their own website prices, I won't be going back.

If you want a fast and right on time delivery weeeelllll its not with them its nkt the first time that i order my groceries from the website and its the 4th time that it happened i paid my delivery fees 11$ and it was suppose to be at my home beetween 11am to 12pm and its 8oclock pm still nothing unless you really dont have a choice or options dont order from their website anything groceries related

Walmart is terrible they don’t pay their employees nothing but 12 dollars an hour employees are leaving left and right leaks in the ceilings never enough help so much work they want extra done working the leads and employees to death coaches are leaving to go to another store they need to bump up the pay if they wanna keep people. Cleveland Tn south end Walmart your horrible.

We live in golden valley arizona and shop at the Walmart in kingman they have a cashier employed who likes to profile people who buy alcohol, or people who make multiple purchases to get cash back and has done this to several people I know one day she was so busy profiling us that she let a couple walk right out the door with a big bottle of fireball that wasn't paid for complaining because we made multiple purchases to get cash back

I ordered a motorcycle oil filter from Walmart. I was told that I'd have the filter in 3 days. 5 days later i received a e mail stating that the filter is delayed and that id receive it in 5 days. Ok. So the bext 5 days went by and I receive a email on the 6th day stating that the filter is delayed. I went elsewhere...

Walmart online is horrible! It happened twice in 4 weeks! On April 2022, I’ve ordered the food online from Walmart and they hacked my bank account for $905 and my bank had to cancel my debit card and I had to wait for the new debit card in 10 days. Recently, they hacked my debit card for $1762 after I ordered online. WTF! I had go back to the bank again and they had to get me another debit card in 10 more days! I will remove the Walmart and I will never order anything from Walmart again! I’ve fed up with the Walmart!

Walmart is a joke they take your money out it on hold for 10 days to give you a email stating that your order was cancelled because of a pricing error then when you call to discuss the problem all Walmart can say it was through a 3rd party and there's nothing we can do after my money had been held up for 10 days until I got the email and still have to wait another amount of days for my bank to issue my money I'm not happy with Walmart customer service this is my first experience with them with this problem any other time I had a problem Walmart fixed it or made it right on my end

I find it ludicrous that my order for incontinence pads was cancelled by Walmart for "shipping issues" but I was able to buy them on eBay for the same price.

Atrocious disappointing shopping experience. I have been a customer at Walmart for years, and bought thousands of dollars worth of items. For one order, Walmart didn't send me half of the items I paid for. When I reported this issue, Walmart decided to block my account instead! How is this fair? Walmart listed items on sale, Walmart did not provide me all the items I paid for, and Walmart chooses to block me from purchasing? They gave me a "returns policy violation" - did I steal something, was I a criminal, or was Walmart the one in the wrong? Horrible experience - do not recommend! Wish I knew earlier how stupid this company is.

I have placed one order, received 11 emails about it ! Had to call them twice, with rude agents ! Turns out they charged me for items the could not deliver ! And can not explain why the items are not available ! They did promise to reimburse me ! Very nice

This is happened the second time since I’ve been to my local Walmart they put a price at the bottom and when you go to the register with the item it rings up 20 $30 more and then when I call representative it takes forever to finally they tell you they can’t leave the registers they don’t help you at all I really feel like they are policing deceptive prices at the bottom so when you pick up the item you bring it to the register and it rings differently you don’t wanna hassle with it or they can’t get anyone to help you
