The Walmart staff are a little unresponsive and hesitant to help you. They always have new technology in their electronics department though.

First time I went to Walmart last night on Central Ave., Hot Springs, AR. After they have re-done the whole store on the inside, they moved everything around nothing makes sense, I could not find anything I got frustrated walked out without buying a lot of stuff it looks like a warehouse now instead of my favorite beautiful Walmart store on Central Avenue in Hot Springs Arkansas you people need to realize that human nature we don’t like change and also we’re busy we live busy lives we’d like to go in and out not have to stay in there and try to find what you need and if you have several kids or sick or retired, and you’ve got to check out basket full of groceries, The Market Place a Malvern Avenue in Hot Springs Arkansas I won’t even go in there they have no checkers all self checkouts I’m not doing it and check out My own groceries ,no, y’all have put in so many self checkouts that it’s ridiculous. Leave things alone!!! I need checkers to check me out. 😱 I’m sad, my Walmart store is awful now. It was beautiful! 😤🥺

Below is the review I gave but Walmart rejected it saying it is focused on customer service .I am unable to understand under what category to submit this review if not customer service So I guess you only accept positive reviews and reject the true customer reviews and opinions I checked on your website the item I had bought and waited for 2 Weeks and never received saying it was lost in transit is a ……. not entirely true because now that same item they are charging $754 instead of $ 284 they charged me .So I guess that’s why they said if you need it go to our website and re order it Very disappointing and frustrating that you ask for my opinion and then say sorry we have rejected your review and say “ Want to try again? Click the 'Submit something new' link below, and feel free to refer to the handing writing tips or the Terms & Conditions included on the review submission form.” Can’t say never received it waited for over 2 weeks for delivery nothing came Called Walmart help line to find out what’s going on they contacted seller , told me wait 48 hours But received email 30 min later package is lost in transit so here’s your refund thanks for choosing Walmart I mean seriously after waiting for over 2 weeks this is what I get If it was lost or whatever I would think they would say sorry for the delay we will resend your order as soon as possible and please accept x amount refund for your troubles or x amount discount for next purchase . But instead when I emailed them back I received an answer to go to our website and reorder item . And I guess wait for another 2 weeks The 2 people I spoke to on the phone from Walmart help line were very helpful in contacting seller and all but it was out of there hands until they could get more information on the matter So I am very frustrated by the whole ordeal as I needed that wire for finishing my basement and can’t proceed with drywall installation until wire is in That’s why the one star I have ordered online from Walmart before never had an issue Thanks

I ordered 6 items to be shipped to me. Each time I order, an uber driver brings one little item each day. Why not just ship my entire order to me at once. Having an uber driver bring one little item each day has got to be expensive let alone annoying to me!!!!!!

I have visited 3 Walmart near my home and they have a serious problem. The closet to home is the worst. Why do they have 30+ handicap parking spots and "4" motorized carts for the disabled? Surely, they can purchase more...I have gone in numerous times and no carts so I have to turn around and go to another store..I know I'm not the only one..

Customer service is horrible. From the bad attitude cashiers to the workers at pickup. Walmart as a whole has fallen through the cracks. I cringe at the thought of going there.

Grocery order never got picked, hours later had to cancel. Not the first time order has been late. Thankfully HyVee grocery delivers. Plus if they don't have something, they text you to let you choose something else, and give you the lower price. When I talked to walmart employee, he couldn't tell me anything but driver has not come to shop order yet.

The employees would not help me find a couple of items. They barely stopped their conversation to even look at me. The online order pick up process meant that there is an unmarked secret area to go to to call a number to pick the item up. No one answered the phone (It was 2:00 in the afternoon on a Wed) and it went to voicemail which was full. I tried to go in to the door and an employee yelled at me. IT was insane

The Everything Store that represents Wal-Mart refuses to give me a refund on a online purchase. I'm tired of getting ripped off by Wal-Mart. Selling Dollar Tree products for prime moneys. In quitting Wal-Mart for good. Anyone seen me in there your welcome to kick my a__. Thanks for listening.

The website is terrible. The right side of the page jumps around continuously. Search for one thing and 200 other results appear. This is ridiculous for a company of this size and history.

They are canceling my repeat orders which have been placed on my card! They call me 5 times to tell me the same thing! No communication between them internally! and i still don't have my tv. Since November 27, I made the first transaction to buy this tv. Walmart's customer service is in no way cooperative and understanding, they don't give a damn about us! I never want to buy on the site again, I'm living a business at the moment and I still haven't had my tv which was promised to me for January 28th! Ah and since I had seen the cheaper price too. I was promised a price adjustment and even though I have the reference number and a screenshot, THE AGENT I TALKED TO DOESN'T EVEN WANT TO HONOR WHAT ANOTHER AGENT PROMISED TO ME EVEN IF I HAVE ALL THE EVIDENCE AND THE AGENT TREATS ME LIKE A LIAR! I have never seen such bad customer service!

ordered three items, total qualified for free shipping, upon completeing checkout I was notified one item was ready for pickup, contacted customer service to remedy this issue and they were unable to help. Ended up cancelling order now I am awaiting refunds from three sellers. This is a nightmare, will not use walmarts site again as this is the second time I have encountered problems when ordering with walmart.

Although I'm an avid fan of shopping at Walmart- my son has been trying to get his W-2 for an entire month because he moved and all he and I both get are excuses- so I'm not real happy with that. Half of my family has either worked for Walmart or retired from Walmart.

I just have to say y'all need to de-ice your parking lot I slipped and fell and broke my arm in the parking lot. I stood up after it happened and went inside and told the manager who could care less. Even though I was in a lot of pain I needed to get a few things I asked a few people for help employees mind you and no one would help me. I will never shop at corporate America again. I will tell everyone I know to stay away from Walmart because of what happened and all their horrible employees that work there it's like the troop of Biden.

I ordered from Walmart.com the seller is exhome i bought snowshoes proof is included I was told on February 1st I would 100% forsure get them February 6th proof is posted, i try to contact Walmart and get told I am a liar and he will make sure I never get my property I paid for, or my money back even with all of the proof. I was forced to file criminal charges state and federal for theft by deception as well as wire fraud, make a report with the BBB,FTC,FCC, FEDEX, and Concemer Protection because of the very clear violation of the consumer protection act. I am also forced to write reviews every where I can in hopes Walmart will not do this to others. " ALSO NO I NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK FROM WALMART OR THE SELLER .
