Walmart . Had my husband working the teamlead position since January only to tell him today that he isn't getting the promotion after all, even though all I've ever heard about his work has been praise. You had him doing a position he wasnt being compensated for since January, working team lead hours, doing team lead work, dealing with team lead problems, on a stockers pay. A poor repayment for good work. You should be ashamed, but I know you aren't, you don't care about your associates and it shows. The absolutely disgusting way you have treated him, and used him makes me so unbelievably angry.

On March 13, 2022, Automotive Dept. I took my car in for an oil change and they overfilled my engine with 10 quarts of oil. It was smoking bad following the experience. I took it to my mechanic on Monday and they found that Wal Mart, Evans, GA store overfilled the engine by 5 extra quarts. It caused the spark plugs and coils to foul out. The PC valve had to be replaced. It cost me over 14000 in additional costs. I had filed 12 corporate complaints (2203300-005410) and got no response from the store, region, or corporate. I will NEVER go back. It could have been resolved but not by ignoring me.

My daughter and I went yesterday and bought some deli meat, low and behold we net Ruthie behind the counter. Shexwas incredibly helpful to the woman before us, and we asked questions as well that assisted us so nicely. My granddaughter had requested to try Salomi and we both don't eat it. She wasn't with us so we were trying to determine which one to choose. You all had 3 different kinds, we chose the one with less fat. Ruthie added an extra slice of the hard so she could try it and compare it for next time. I would have never thought of it. I have never encountered at any store such a warm, caring woman purposely serving a customer and making it the best experience. This was the Vero Beach, FL store. We were almost ready to walk out and she tracked us down because we forgot our turkey. Seriously, I applaud this woman. I requested a picture of her, she thought I was a hoot. Ruthie makes everyone feel special.

I am disabled and need a power cart to get around in the store. I realize that those carts are a service nut I was at a Walmart today and they only had one of those carts and it was in use so I left that store and went to a different store. It is very inconvenient.

I put the Walmart app on my phone, yesterday, and it has taken me 3 hours last night and 2 this morning to completely rebuild everything on my phone. I'm still having trouble, though, getting other apps to work correctly. Now that I was finally able to remove it and almost get my phone working, again, NO way will I do that, again. I DO NOT recommend the Walmart app!

Only one terminal took cash in whole store, and with only 2 lanes operated by people it took me 45 minutes to check out my 4 items

I have been shopping walmart for over 40 years, during Sam Walton years also. I have been using the app since they started it and I have gone to the same store mostly and the app did not change that until today. I did not change my location for pickup, but someone did for me somewhere. So, I show up to the store and get some very odd looks from some weird looking customers, and the british accented pickup guy shows me on the app that it is a different store. And I never shop that store and I have been using the app since it started, and I go in the store and shop it also. So, I had to drive extra miles in bunch of traffic because someone changed my location and I have no family, so I no one else to blame except cruddy hacker walmart employees or some hacker? But all of a sudden, all the locations on all my computers that are saved for shopping are choosing the wrong locations even minutes after I choose the right store location? But this never happened before this overly perfect british walmart new employee shows up and starts bending the rules in his own popular favor. And that is why we left England, to avoid this type of persecution. And I will move to Canada if this continues. I've seen this before and it is rude targeting. Just like the BBC targets our American Politicians like Hunter Biden and calls them out. As if the British are so much better, I don't think so. They need to leave America or Change the accent. British is not American and neither is BBC.

faulty tags, advertising I was at the valencia calif walmart and saw a coffee maker price $.01 so I put it in my cart. I was then told by a manager that that is not a valid price, even though it was the correct tag for that item. I was told that someone put an incorrect tag on and they were going to have a conversation with that associate.

I have had a terrible experience with Walmart.com. I purchased an e-gift card for my sister and she never received the email, I have tried calling Walmart customer service, Walmart billing, Walmart customer relations and Walmart gift card services to no avail. They simply refused to give me a refund. They claim to have sent the e-gift to my sister’s email that I gave them but my sister says she never received it. I had to go to Amazon and buy another gift card online which she received in 5 minutes. I don’t recommend Walmart for any kind of shopping at all.

Went to the Lewisburg Pa store there was no carts available to shop. When I said something to the door greeter was told they had nobody to do it. Like what the heck you have how many employees and you can’t get someone to do it? First there isn’t ever enough cashiers available and you have to stand in a long line to check yourself out and now they can’t bring back carts in so you can shop. Also asked a employee for help getting something because what I needed was all the way up and out of my reach and nobody ever came so I climbed up to get it myself. This store sucks anymore

The Walmart staff are a little unresponsive and hesitant to help you. They always have new technology in their electronics department though.

First time I went to Walmart last night on Central Ave., Hot Springs, AR. After they have re-done the whole store on the inside, they moved everything around nothing makes sense, I could not find anything I got frustrated walked out without buying a lot of stuff it looks like a warehouse now instead of my favorite beautiful Walmart store on Central Avenue in Hot Springs Arkansas you people need to realize that human nature we don’t like change and also we’re busy we live busy lives we’d like to go in and out not have to stay in there and try to find what you need and if you have several kids or sick or retired, and you’ve got to check out basket full of groceries, The Market Place a Malvern Avenue in Hot Springs Arkansas I won’t even go in there they have no checkers all self checkouts I’m not doing it and check out My own groceries ,no, y’all have put in so many self checkouts that it’s ridiculous. Leave things alone!!! I need checkers to check me out. 😱 I’m sad, my Walmart store is awful now. It was beautiful! 😤🥺

Below is the review I gave but Walmart rejected it saying it is focused on customer service .I am unable to understand under what category to submit this review if not customer service So I guess you only accept positive reviews and reject the true customer reviews and opinions I checked on your website the item I had bought and waited for 2 Weeks and never received saying it was lost in transit is a ……. not entirely true because now that same item they are charging $754 instead of $ 284 they charged me .So I guess that’s why they said if you need it go to our website and re order it Very disappointing and frustrating that you ask for my opinion and then say sorry we have rejected your review and say “ Want to try again? Click the 'Submit something new' link below, and feel free to refer to the handing writing tips or the Terms & Conditions included on the review submission form.” Can’t say never received it waited for over 2 weeks for delivery nothing came Called Walmart help line to find out what’s going on they contacted seller , told me wait 48 hours But received email 30 min later package is lost in transit so here’s your refund thanks for choosing Walmart I mean seriously after waiting for over 2 weeks this is what I get If it was lost or whatever I would think they would say sorry for the delay we will resend your order as soon as possible and please accept x amount refund for your troubles or x amount discount for next purchase . But instead when I emailed them back I received an answer to go to our website and reorder item . And I guess wait for another 2 weeks The 2 people I spoke to on the phone from Walmart help line were very helpful in contacting seller and all but it was out of there hands until they could get more information on the matter So I am very frustrated by the whole ordeal as I needed that wire for finishing my basement and can’t proceed with drywall installation until wire is in That’s why the one star I have ordered online from Walmart before never had an issue Thanks

I ordered 6 items to be shipped to me. Each time I order, an uber driver brings one little item each day. Why not just ship my entire order to me at once. Having an uber driver bring one little item each day has got to be expensive let alone annoying to me!!!!!!

I have visited 3 Walmart near my home and they have a serious problem. The closet to home is the worst. Why do they have 30+ handicap parking spots and "4" motorized carts for the disabled? Surely, they can purchase more...I have gone in numerous times and no carts so I have to turn around and go to another store..I know I'm not the only one..

Customer service is horrible. From the bad attitude cashiers to the workers at pickup. Walmart as a whole has fallen through the cracks. I cringe at the thought of going there.

Grocery order never got picked, hours later had to cancel. Not the first time order has been late. Thankfully HyVee grocery delivers. Plus if they don't have something, they text you to let you choose something else, and give you the lower price. When I talked to walmart employee, he couldn't tell me anything but driver has not come to shop order yet.
