“Cancel orders 3 days later because out of stock. Never buying from walmart online again. Stick to amazon or ebay .”

“Wal-Mart caters to short people. I can't buy any clothing at any store. Please increase pant lengths to 34 and 36. Some tall clothing would help to. Have you ever bought a walmart shirt made in China. Well most xlarge shirts shrink to size large. A major waste of my hard earned money. Why can't you cater to the big and tall community also. There are plenty of us. Since I can't buy clothing at walmart, I don't purchase anything else. Things made in China or some country we have never heard of. Why? We have American made products. Lets use them instead of getting low quality products I doubt I have spent $1 over the last 5 years. I wish more people would realize what I see. When are you going to start giving discounts for customer who must check themselves out at self checkout. We are basically working for Wal-Mart. We are having to check ourselves out so a discount sounds fair. What happened to the day where there were 20 cashiers. Why don't I ever see management on registers. I guess it's below there pay grade. There way to good to check out customers and help promote the business instead everyone else must be on a register. Until a discount is offered is offe4ed for self checlout, I won't be shopping there, nor will I ever go back to their store.”

“I ordered things online with walmart.com and got frauded by a 3rd party company. F&N Mart , for Now Magtein supplements. Walmart.com is all off shore reps and no one and I mean NO ONE will transfer you to a usa rep. Nor can you reach the corporate office. I have filed a complaint with SPSC against walmart.com and their corporate offices. DO THE SAME and buy from TARGET, Vitacost, Swanson vitamins or Amazon....Walmart.com is awful their site says walmart delivered the pkg but it never arrived and I have proof from USPS.”

“Don't buy unless absolutely sure the price wont go up! Tried to exchange a damaged item but they would not let me. They made me take a credit which would not cover the item now that it was not on sale!! WHAT A RIP OFF!! Walmart is apparently in the business of ripping people off!!”

“DO NOT EVER shop AT WALMART.COM....THE FRAUDELENT COMPANIES ARE AWFUL F&N MART FOR ONE. THEY CHARGE YOUR CARD AND SAY IT IS SHIPPED USPS AND IT IS NOT. THEN THEY TELL YOU IT WAS SHIPPED TWO DAYS AGO AND IT IS NOT AS USPS HAS NO TRACKING INFORMATION. JUST A LABEL PRINTED. I AM SO SICK OF ORDERING FROM WALMART.COM I AM ORDERING FROM VITACOST OR SWANSON.COM OR TARGET. THIS CUSTOMER IS DONE. JEANNE”

“There are too many fraudulent activities and the people that are supposed to help in the chat only try to waste your time and take 5 minutes to answer simple questions. I cannot shop here anymore because it is not safe. I have had my account broken into many times and no one cares to assist with these issues. I give you as much information as you need but they still choose to side with hackers. This is bad reflection on the company.”

“I wish I would have ordered from China, I would have gotten my order with somewhat of an accurate delivery date. This is my third bad experience with ordering from Walmart Canada. I actually gave them the benefit of doubt AGAIN, and once again I'm disappointed. And to boot....I can't get hold of Canadian customer service! Tracking will say "ready for pick up" or "picked up" on the specified date, but if you call them, they'll say sorry it's been delayed. Never ever on time from my three experiences. So my December 22 has been changed to January 11 so far. Never order from this company if you can help it.”

“’m appalled at Walmart making available the purchase of a Communism Poster you offer for sale including 5 of the most horrible, discussing dictators that was responsible for hundreds of thousands of people’s death. You should be ashamed to be a part of this. I absolutely will not spend another penny in any of your stores until you wake up and realize that Walmart has been built by us, the common people. My goal is to spread this atrocity to as many people that I know. We live in the greatest country in the world and yet Walmart allows a disgusting poster to be sold that slaps every American in the face. Shame on you!”

“Never received my order. Walmart.com uses OnTrac to deliver its orders. Ten days after placing my order, which was supposed to be delivered within 24 hours, my order had yet to even be placed in a delivery truck. After being able to prove this, Walmart finally issued me my refund. I will not be a returning customer.”

“A sweet Creations holiday cookie sheet in Walmart.com is priced $9.98 marked down to $7.48. I checked if available in store nearest to me. It was available. I went to store and purchased it, I was charged $9.98. I called the store when I got home and was told they would not honor the $7.48 price. I called another Walmart in the area and they stated the same. It is false advertising….period”

“I ordered a Cricut machine in June of this year. I had a lot going on and didn't try using it until recently for Christmas projects. When I opened the box, I discovered that the machine had already been used! It was dirty, had no instruction manuals, and someone had left a pen in the front pull-down storage compartment. The Walmart website wouldn't let me initiate a refund and when I called, I was told I had waited too long to do anything about it. I understand that in a way. HOWEVER, none of that would be an issue if I had been sent what I ordered which was a brand new Cricut machine.”

“Be aware! Egift cards of Walmart is one big scam. A flawed system, you buy the card and the recipient does not receive it. Walmart takes no responsibility. See attached photo, that’s what your recipients will receive…”

“I won't ever order online again. First item was a third party and when I sent it back, they charged $45. Second they said it would be delivered on a certain day and it came weeks later with the website saying it will be delivered but the shipping company saying something different. Then the day after it was to be delivered, Walmart website said a delay in shipping. The item I'm waiting for now says it was out for delivery on the 8th. The shipping company said the just received the shipping paperwork. Now on the 9th, Walmart website says delay in shipping. If your expecting it the day Walmart says, then why is the shipping company different. (ie FedEx) Don't make promises for a certain delivery day if it's not even going to be close to that day. I'll stick with company that deliver when they say, not Walmart ever again.”

“I purchased an item on Walmart Marketplace and it was a scam. The item sent was not the item described. The seller wanted to give half the money, admitting that the item was not the one described, for a refund but I refused. I opened a dispute with PayPal and both Walmart and PayPal wanted me to pay to return all items in the order not just the scam item. I pointed out that in my region the law was very clear that I did not have to pay to return the item but would be happy to if the seller issued an RMA for the return. They refused and sided with the scammer.”

“I am emailing to make a complaint about one of your store employees...My daughter (who suffers from Anxiety and PTSD )was shopping today at your Uniontown Pa. Super Center #2019 November 30 2021 at approximately 12 pm....when she had an accident by dropping a large container of Apple juice. ...embarrassed and upset she stood at the spot of the accident looking for an associate when other shoppers continued to push carts and walk through the mess.....she became very upset but didn't want to leave the area because she was afraid someone would not notice and have a fall....she continued to search for an associate when she saw one she said "excuse me" and the associate became EXTREMELY rude and began to berate my daughter for making a huge mess and then "intentionally" spreading it around to make it worse. (my daughter had not moved but other shoppers didn't seem to care as they walked and pushed their carts through the mess)....as my daughter finished her shopping after the accident she again encountered that same associate in another area of the store and she pointed at my daughter and loudly proclaimed "there she is, that's the one that made a huge mess and then walked through it and spread it around" My daughter was mortified and quickly left the store.....I am extremely upset about your associate's behavior...it was nasty and mean and completely uncalled for. My daughter doesn't want to come back to your store because of the incident and I can't blame her....obviously some of your employees need some kind of retraining as far as customer service goes.”

“i have spent a lot o money on website only to be lied to and ripped off by them and have documents to prove what i say it is by far the worst website on the planet I won't spent .02cents on their f$%^&*$ web sit ever again they can go *%#% them selves. i was given an e-giftcard for reimbursement in october the email was dated 10/23/21. but the issue date on the e-card 8/16/21 used it date was 8/18/21 f a shipping charge and when i tried to use it it was already used and to top it off they never reimbursed me for a defective item as they said they did how can a refund asked for in august be already done in march or a gift card issued in October be dated for august this one ig f'ed up company”

“Came to purchase set or 4 tires on 11/24/21. Highly dissatisfied with the customer service. Flew in from out of town to attend a funeral, wife had picked me up from the airport and on the way to the house we had a flat. Went to walmart the following day, had 4 tires installed but had to wait until Walmart associate waited on 2 other people before I was cashed out. Park the truck at home the next 2 days preparing for funeral, notice the low pressure light on, sent truck into diagnostics and determined that 1 of the 4 sensors were not reading (no pressure reading) took truck back to walmart so they could correct the issue. Associate proceeded to tell me he had a discussion after he determined the sensor was not reading....I don't remember that conversation. Waited approx 1 hour until they decided that I would have to go pick up a sensor due to them not having 1 in stock. They did offer to reimburse me for the price of the sensor. Frustrated customer!!!!”
