Multiple orders messed up in a row before Corona chaos even started. Items missing from deliveries, cancellations not being processed AT ALL, being given the WRONG information, incorrect orders made over the phone (having item numbers, like other companies with common sense, WOULD help) and having to double as a cashier without getting paid. A friendly persona doesn't make up for incompetence or inefficiency. This used to be my favorite store. WTH happened?!

For years they have been pushing the online order and pickup at the curb. Now they can't keep up and there is no availability. Hop to it Walmart! If you had a half a brain you would have been on top of the virus demands.

I went into Walmart looking for a certain item. I needed help with the item and couldn't find anyone, the guy was suppose to come back but didn't. I seen Ms Sharlene i think it's with a S or C. She was very helpful and she took her time to help me. I want to thank her and let Walmart know y'all have great employees in this time of need. THANKS Ms Sharlene

SANDY. Very Rude cashier. Made up her own rules about social distancing and thinks she is superior so its okay for her to speak to you rudely.

False Advertisement Walmart Customer Service Team Yesterday, I purchased a paper Mate InkJoy Gel Pens Medium Point Black 4 Pack on your website while I was at the store right in front of these pens, because it was $2 less expensive. I didn’t see a big issue having to pick them up later. However, later on, Walmart’s customer care team sent me and email saying; “Thanks for your recent order. We're really sorry, but the items shown below are out of stock. Since we don't know when we'll get them in again, we've canceled the items from your order and won't charge you for them”. I found this a false advertisement. Walmart “pretends” to compete with Amazon showing competitive prices that cannot deliver, and just simply cancel the order afterwards. Those pens were in the Walmart store yesterday because I placed the order right in front of them; there were several packages, only more expensive that the online price. The customer service team decided to cancel my order because they didn’t want to honor the price that was advertise in the website. I find it WRONG AND DECEITFUL Walmart will never be able to compete with AMAZON; that’s why we will continue to shop in Amazon again and again!

Your pickup service is awful I can order online and pickup hand sanitizer and rubbing alcohol on my phone from Kroger and your service is just blah for a corporate gaint. You need to close your stores and let the real stores that care about people take over. Only a fool would keep you in business. I think everyone should look at how they don't care for others only themselves. There should be no restrictions on ordering online at this time it is pretty sickening that you don't care for people. If we don't care for others we are no different then a communist country that is what sets us apart for other countries! God bless America and please everyone think of others and help in this time of need cause Wal-Mart will not. Shop at Kroger they will help and get you what is needed!

During this pandemic, the Walmart store at 24756 US Hwy. 19 N, CLEARWATER, FL was not able to help my handicapped brother receive groceries. He uses an EBT card, but they can only take it if he walks in and swipes it. My brother is handicapped, no car, and unable to walk. The manager, a woman, was basically saying, he can starve, until he comes in to swipe his card. This is a horrendous life/death matter. My brother even lives very close. But nope, Walmart will make no exceptions for severely handicapped people. WALMART DOES NOT HELP HANDICAPPED INDIVIDUALS. VERY SAD DAY FOR WALMART. 4-3-2020 3:30pm

Ordering from Walmart.com is a roll of the dice. If it's from walmart itself you're probably ok. If it's from a reseller good luck. My orders usually get stuck in processing until I cancel order. Really frustrating but walmart doesn't care. Use Paypal so you have another way to get your money back.

Kudos to Walmart for their senior shopping hour. The shelves were full except for paper products and hand wash. The staff working to stock shelves were courteous and helpful. The seniors who were shopping were sensitive and socially distanced. It was a pleasure to be in and out and as safe as possible. Thank you, thank you. Sandra, Longmont, CO

I had very bad experience with Walmart online... The inventory is never get updated. It shows product available online and allow you to buy the same. right after an hour you will get another message saying the the product is not available and they will cancel your order.Even after the order is cancelled the amount will hit on your bank account and then you just have to wait for 5-6 days to get it back..Horrible services this happened with me for at least 3-4 times.. Also for few orders i requested to cancel within a 2-3 min and it shown cancelled but stil they reverted the status and send ship me the item which i then have to return in wallmart. Nitin

They don’t care about their customers or employees. I am this, because I am concerned with certain populations during Covid-19. I placed an order for the curbside pickup two days ago. I received an text message last night (at 11 pm) stating it had been canceled. This order was particularly important.... it’s for an immunocompromised individual that is being sent to another state for employment. This particular state is saturated with Covid cases and he is unable to shop there. I contacted Walmart and they said it was due to item availability... I said “sir, I had $80 worth of groceries ordered and you are telling me that you are out of everything.” He further researched and then said it was because they had laid off a lot of employees and now they didn’t have anyone to fulfill my order. So to all of the elderly... moms... Ill... Or anyone that is going to rely on pickup to eat... please use an alternative grocery chain. There is a chance you may not receive what you need. I will never ever shop at Walmart again and I encourage you not to either. oh and nobody from corporate was willing to help me.. I just heard a lot of excuses. Stay Healthy Everyone.

I'm a veteran who is disabled. When you list all of your online items as in-store purchase only? You're telling the disabled they can't get what they're needing and you're not going to help them. Shame on you. SMH 🇺🇸

Ordered a box of medical masks on Walmart.ca. Walmart website showed the estimated delivery date is March 19 to March 26. I did not receive the products and called Walmart customer service number nobody is available to answer the calls. I sent online email message to Walmart no response. The emails I received for the online order and shipping are from Walmart with Walmart customer service phone number and return policy, but when I search Walmart website I found things are different. It looks like Walmart opened its website to let third party sell products and without telling customers about it and even the return policy is different from Walmart return policy. Customers have to contact the third party seller to find out what is the return policy, but I do not know who is the third party seller, there is no contact information for the seller. I think Walmart is cheating customers for online shopping.

I received an email from Walmart saying my order was processed for pickup. the problem was that I didn't order anything. I checked my charge card and saw someone bought an electronic item for $181.04. I immediately froze my charge card and a few minutes later, another charge came through for the same amount, which was blocked because of me. I tried calling that store and nobody answered in electronics, so I tried customer service...who also didn't answer. I tried this four times and with no luck, I got a hold of the pharmacy manager. I apologized for bothering him, but said nobody would answer their phone and asked if he could connect me with a manager. He said that no managers were accepting calls and that I needed to come in to the store if I wanted to talk to a manager. I told him that there's no way I was going to drive that far to come in, as this location wasn't close to my house, especially during this virus situation. I explained that this wasn't a call to see if they had toilet paper, it was because someone stole my charge card information and was trying to commit fraud. I told him this was urgent and I needed him to connect me to ANY manager right away. Again, he said no and then had the gall to hang up on me! I gave him the benefit of the doubt and called back and got a hold of him again. I told him we got disconnected and he said to me, I'm not hooking you up to a manager and hung up on me again! What an utter horrific display of customer service...the worst ever! I will never step foot in any Walmart ever again!!

I ordered an item that doesn't match my expectation. I called customer service several times but no response. I'm trying to find out how can I return the item when there's no customer service to help me? Walmart should take care of this problem otherwise their business is going down pretty soon.
