“ Ordered the wrong item and requested a return, website states that they arrange free returns and to contact their customer services team to arrange a collection. ”

“ I ordered a dog buggy. After I ordered it I realised it was not going to be big enough. I emailed within 30 mins of ordering to cancel. sadly it got delivered two days later. on the same day I followed the process on their website for returns and still over 2 weeks no one has arranged a collection or my refund. I have had replies but very unhelpful and not addressing my actual request. I do not recommend them at all. ”

“ Trying to return an item and no one responding . Only one email iv had from them asking what date to pick up item . Then no reply . Took it back to the range like it said on the return label but they haven’t updated the returns on the range system . Not happy I just want to return the item . There is no customer service number either ”
