“Good service, very friendly knowledgeable staff who were very helpful when I had queries regarding delivery. Useful to visit the (very tiny) showroom to see the sofabed before purchase and choose fabric.”

“You did not return my original phone call when I wanted to place an order. I phoned back & you accepted the order, confirmed by e-mail the wrong order, charged the wrong amount, credited this and then charged the correct price. Everything at this stage was okay.”

“First class service, from beginning to end. The one issue I had was that they originally told me it would arrive on Monday and in the end the delivery man called to say he would reach Tuesday morning. I didn't find this a problem but my boyfriend had planned to be at home on the monday. They said they would be there between 7.30am and 9.30am and arrived at 9.15am. The 2 delivery guys were very friendly and polite. There was no damage to my property or the sofa bed and the furniture was fully demonstrated and packaging taken away. I was very pleased with the service.”

“Marvellous showroom in chiswick, great variety of fabric and colours. A bit expensive for the non standard versions. Delivery ok. They should be more careful when leaving cushions on flooR. I would have preferred them to unwrap the sofa in the house not in the van!”

“From start to finish Willow and Hall have been brilliant. I went to your showroom and your consultant Katie there was so helpful and gave me so much of her time. The sofa bed was ready sooner than expected and your delivery service is great - the two guys delivering couldn't have been more helpful.”
