“Order meant to be delivered between 11am and 1pm after I checked early in the morning that this would happen!! Never arrived. Tried calling Online shopping 6 times … no reply. Now remember that online shopping call centre staff are working from HOME I believe, so why they not answering their phones? Interesting.
So never assume you’ll get your order even after you wait 5 hours. Really bad service and response handled incredibly bad by online Manager who really sounded completely disinterested.
Woolworths need to up their game on the online food side.
