If you want your money stolen, i.e.charged for goods NOT delivered, then Woolworths Online is the place for you. Absolutely shocking that a company who pretends to be all about customer can be so poor at customer service. And don't expect to get any help, especially if you are dealing with WW Canal Walk

https://woolworths.fashionzashop.store/contact_us Don't EVER order from the above online store if you are in SA. It takes over a month to be "delivered" just never to receive it. Only answer you will get is " your parcel was delivered in good faith" . You will have to ASK for an order confirmation and ASK for a tracking number, you won't pay DUTIES or VAT - it just flies through customs. I should have known that I will NEVER receive the parcel....!!! This bogus site is happy to take your money. Be careful what online site you select!!!!

Be warned - when ordering online from Woolworths, the delivery service is appalling. I ordered online on the 26/11 number: o827666132. The delivery date has come and gone and nothing has been delivered to date. The call centre is unable to provide answers. Still waiting...

My main delivery item was out of stock and not delivered. Due to no substitution option selected, since I didn't want any substitution, no further notification is sent or communicated, HOWEVER, full delivery fee + a driver tip is charged + the FULL purchase amount of unavailable items... To date I haven't been refunded either ! This was money I need for our Christmas meal... I am now unable to purchase what I need since I am waiting for the refund, and was overcharged for delivery of items which I would not have ordered online had I known my main item was out of stock. Surely the online system should be able te verify stock availability in your area once address is entered..? Not quite the Festive outcome I had in mind... and the attitude from the Woolies agents also not empathetic. Simply refer back to the flawed "return policy"... which clearly have receive countless poor reviews by unhappy customers.

From Technical Profile issues to delays in refund,Woolworth online grocery shopping is the worst by far!I ordered my food on the 11th November Saturday afternoon between 11 and 12.Everything was going well until when checked how my order only to find that it was dropped and discontinued. When I called the center to ask why I was told that my cell number was incorrect whilst it's the same number which was used for a previous order. I was told that a refund was going to be made to me.Over 5 days from the order I still haven't received the refund. So no food or funds to buy food for a "Technical issue ".Help center people are not even helpful just script readers. Don't ever use Woolworth online app if you are in rush for food or your last grocery funds.

I ordered groceries three hours ago and they still haven't arrived, despite the app claiming that the order was delivered. Called the help centre twice, and all I have to show for it is a diminished airtime balance. A couple of times before, half of my order was undelivered, and I had to wait hours (this seems to be a running theme) for the other half to arrive. Thoroughly frustrating.

Woolies dash is absolutely appalling when compared to its competitors. There are no notifications for when your order is on its way and the orders are never delivered in the time frame provided by Woolworth’s. On top of the dissatisfactory service, you are required, not encouraged to pay a tip on top of an exorbitant delivery fee. Absolutely disappointing from a market leader in so many other ways. If you want fast, reliable and consistent service stick to checkers60 60 and pick n pays bottles. Woolies dash is far from acceptable and I will never use it again.

I placed an order just past 15:00 on woolies dash (this was my first time ordering from them), it said its going to be delivered between 16:00-17:00, nothing came. I called customer service and they said no the shop is closed now I must cancel the order. Will never use woolies dash ever again

Worst service. After waiting waiting three hours, status is still en-route but the agent tells me the order was abandoned and returned to the store. Such pathetic service.

I ordered food and chose a time slot. 15 min before end of slot time I called head office and was told driver is on his way. 30 min late still no delivery. Call head office again and was told store will let driver know to deliver in afternoon after I am home from work. 70 min later driver is at gate. W t f…. Is going on!! I am a loyal customer and spend thousands in their stores but this service is appalling - disgusting!!

Woolies Dash is pathetic, arrogant and doesn’t give a damn about how their poor service impacts on you the customer. Easy solution from an average spend in excess of R7500 per month in your stores, it will now revert to ZERO. Good Bye Woolies. Hello Checkers 60/60.

Woolworths are voting now politically by supporting a minority (1,5% of the population) LBTQI group that does not make any logical, financial, political, business or moral sense. I cannot spend my money at a retail shop which support LBTQI groups.

Hi, I am very disappointed in the LGBT advertisements, as a it's all over for our kids to see.... When kids go to school they're learning and for them in school it's one thing but your brand marketing it is upsetting as I do not want to go into your stores anymore because it will teach kids that LGBT is fine when religion teaches another thing when gay couples walk in the store that's okay we still respect them as Human beings but don't encourage our future generation to join the LGBT community. Woolworths has really been disappointing morally. I use to value your store, but after this I just feel like you guys have lots your morals and the respect people had for your brand I felt like Woolworths represented class and timeless style now you guys are trying to fit in with the rest when you stood out... It's very disappointing I hope you remove this how can you say marry Christmas to people and Eid Mubarak when Christians do not condone LGBT ?

The Woolies App is NOT user friendly. IT'S SLOW. PLEASE GO ASK CHECKERS 60 FOR HELP IM THIS REGARD, they are efficient and easy to work with.

Your Woolworths Dash App is pathetic. Your chat with shopper doesn’t work. When the shopper calls you (if they bother), the line is so bad you can’t hear them, then they don’t bother calling back. No initiative used and after paying R35 delivery, your parcel arrives with most items missing. Not good enough and totally unacceptable. I then have to get in my car to drive to the store only to find the items in the shelf!!! Very annoying! Complaints fall on deaf ears. As a regular online shopper this must be the worst app with no plans to obviously fix the problem! I am a daily customer with daily complaints. Do you care ? I think not! LONGBEACH MALL food section is always out of stock of items I buy on a regular basis and the same answer is “our supplier is out of stock”! Get your act together.

You used to have a properly appointed allergy and nutritionist Doctor of your food maketing. Dr Harris Steinman used to quality chieck your food for nutrition. Well there is zero nutrition now in 90% of what you put out. A salad R76 has 90%pasta in the tub, 8% cucumber which has zero nutrional value and three shrimps on top. - What is that?? You are plastic conscious? Well we pay more for the expensive elaborate packaging than we pay for the value of the digusting nutriional level inside. This is one example of your fancy ways of marketing. Starve the people but make the store look attractive. Then we are compelled ironically to "buy" one of your store bags for R30 because you don't believe in PLASTIC ?????

I applied for a Woolworths store card and my application was successful. Once I tried to pick up my card at Canal Walk the lady was not very friendly. I told her that I have my passport and drivers license with me to prove my identity. I was told that I have to have my ID. Therefore I can’t get my store card that was approved. When I phoned financial services to query this and asked why my passport that has my ID number on it with a photo of myself is not enough and other stores are happy with my passport I was told that mam this is Woolworths and we not other stores. I told her that I am used to better service and attitude from Woolworths since I shops there all the time. Her reply to me was ok mam and she put the phone down. I think my everlasting relationship with Woolworths has just come to an end.
