NEVER EVER USE THEM FOR GIFT DELIVERIES. If its a gift rather buy at the shop and send the gift personally. They sent an empty gift bag and disclosed the internal delivery instructions to the recipient that the gift is supposed to come IN THE GIFT BAG. Mind you the empty gift bag is delivered today only for the actual gift (whose details have been given away) will only be delivered tomorrow

Terrible online platform!!! I have been struggling to get past registering, OTP's don't come through to my email. Then they want you to phone them so they can go through the process with you which I just don't feel like doing. It should be a simple online shopping experience. Seriously Woolies. Won't be buying anything online from you.

I experienced this twice in a row . They put expired food on the shelf’s and I only realised that when I got home as I packed the food on the counter, as woolworths loyal customer this really disappointed me. Please do something about this!

Very unhappy customer - Woolies Dash I’m less the 5 mins from the Somerset West Waterstone Woolies yet my order which was due between 13:00-14:00 is 90 mins late. This is pathetic service from Woolies Dash and this is not the first time. Woolworths has totally lost its client centricity. Order #016*****370 “Hi There, Your Woolies Dash order for 13-14pm is running late by 1h30mins. We’re sorry for the inconvenience. The Woolies Dash Team”

Woolies dash should be discontinued, they are completely useless. Once again a message to inform me my delivery was going to be 1:30 mins late. Why call it Woolies dash when it’s never dash??

The WW Dash app is not half as good as Sixty60. Dash gave me a timeslot and after the timeslot expired I receive a message that my order will be 1hr30mins late! I especially chose that timeslot for a reason. Dash is also slow to inform you about out of stock items. You can also not change your order like on Sixty60 but have to cancel whole order and start again. This service not in line with WW quality we are used to!

Woolies Dash is unbelievable. I placed and canceled an order on 29 Jan because I needed a different time slot. My money still hasn't been refunded to me and customer service says it takes 7 to 14 days, with other banks taking 21 to 30 days. WHAT? Pnp ASAP and Checkers Sixty60 both have credit wallets so that if you do cancel an order, you immediately get credited and can order again. Hell, Sixty60 even let's you reschedule your delivery time in-app. And if you do choose to refund your credit wallet, it takes no less than 3 days for BOTH stores. It's so ridiculous. I'd expect more from Woolies, never again.

Not impressed with Woolworths online. I placed and order and accidentally chose the wrong address for delivery. However I called immediately and gave the right address. They STILL deliver to the wrong address. Every time I follow up they tell me 24-48 working hours. So that's 24-48 working hours on top of 24-48 working hours.

Really bad experience each time! Driver turned back with the order despite being at the gate? Couldn't ask security to let him in?? Now 3 to 5 days for me to get a refund for a delivery containing our food for that day. Checkers does this better im afraid.

Really disappointed with woolworths DASH.The goods that are sold out must be removed from cart prior payment .I will never ever use it again.The refund system is ineffective you have to go via your bank for funds to be credited back to your account.Too much admin😢

Excellent service received on 20/01:25 at 14:41 from Teller Chantelle Jordan and Manager Johnna Lee. Upon forgetting my PIN number they were extremely patient and kind! The manager accessed the situation, she spoke kindly and patiently reassured me, then took me aside to be seated and to relax, following which I remembered my pin! Her patience and kindness is much appreciated! Thank you WW for hiring such professional staff!

I am extremely disappointed . I purchased fresh produce online in 5th January, delivery 6th. The incorrect items were delivered. The driver took them back . Since then I have been experiencing difficulty in receiving my refund. I was told 3-5 working days . My last interaction (per email) I was told that the incorrect amount was “plotted” and has to be rectified???

I am unhappy with the Woolies dash service not delivered ALL items ordered and paid for. The App is slow to inform the user on out of stock items. I had essential items for delivery to prepare for supper not delivered. It's really annoying and crediting my Account later does not Cut it.

I ordered fashion items before Christmas and still have not received my order. I have been calling customer services with promise that team leaders would call me back, but they do not! When they check my details on their system they see that I have waited more than necessary for my purchase, however, I am given no reason for the delay. I am absolutely dissatisfied with how they have handled my purchase. I have asked for a refund as I was given no alternative to correct their actions.

YOU ARE THE BIGGEST COMPANY THAT LIES ABOUT THE CLOTHING ON 50% DISCOUNT. THEY LIRE SO MUCH THEY RIP YOU OFF. THE SHOES WERE NORMAL PRICE 399.00 I PAID 299.00 50% THE PRICE SHOULD HAVE BEEN 199.00 AS 50% DISCOUNT. DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR SALES THEY ARE NOT TRUE REFLECTION THEY LIKE TO ROB PEOPLES . I do not recommend using Woolies Dash unless you want to have your money unlawfully deducted off your account. I ordered goods on Thursday 9th Jan , the money was deducted from my account on the day but my delivery did not arrive. I have sent numerous emails to The Dash call centre and even copied in the CEO but I have still not received my refund which was promised to me over the weekend. I am a regular Checkers Sixty60 shopper and never experienced anything like this before, Sixty60 reserves the funds , keeps you updated on the app throughout the transaction and only deduct once goods have been received. It is totally absurd that an upmarket retailer like woolworths has such poor technology and systems that customers are not provided with updates on online same day delivery orders, there is no functionality to edit your profile on the app and money is deducted from customers even if goods have not been delivered. Really Woolworths is this the best you can do? How are you putting you customer first and doing good business when a simple refund of money cannot be done?

Good Day The day before Xmas, at the boardwalk branch in PE, there was a female manager on duty, whom I’ve seen for the first time. She was very unhelpful & impolite. I hope she was just a backup and not permanently there, as I shop there every second day or so, being 4km from the boardwalk, also we are not at all accustomed to such bad service and attitude! Thank you for striving for good leadership which we are accustomed to at most, if not, all of the branches!, country wide … Sandton being my favorite branch!

Worst experience with wollies, purchased items online, never arrived from December till now, I was told cell number was incorrect, gave them a correct one, still failed to deliver, today I'm told it was out for delivery seven times but never reached me, because someone didn't update my info. Their system says it been delivered but I haven't seen my stuff. Total mess, confusion and lack of organization.
