“good day I really hope you are well i giving a 5 star rating as I am a very happy customer. I will be honest I usually cant afford to buy at woolworths as I'm trying to save. I do know that woolworths only sell's the best products so when I can I do go to my nearest store and I also like your specials but recently I went to one of your stores as my kids absolutely love your brand ice cream. I then noticed your smooth peanut butter also woolworths brand. O my word I will never buy peanut butter anywhere else, I never use to eat peanut butter but now I love it (only if its woolworths brand), its so soft an smooth not to mention creamy and my kids also love it. so now if I do grocery shopping I make sure to buy my peanut butter at woolworths even if I have to drive there just for the peanut butter the so be it. so thank you for this delicious product. will keep buying at woolworths whenever I can. kind regards diane brown 064 4320 998 was trying to upload my recent purchase but it said try again later”

“Good day, I was so very pleased to buy a 250 grm pack of seedless raisins that were actually named on the pack! I love the "crimson" grape and the the " sweet joy / golden" says it all. I am baking a frugal Christmas cake in a small Bundt pan, just adding pecan nuts to decorate and little chips inside. I will be using the local Gideon stone ground flour, oil/ milk, no eggs, but def brandy! Do you stock pumpkin spice? I do keep Ceylon cinnamon but don't need big amounts of the 3 others. Thankyou to staff of Woolworths for my quality pack of 3 varieties of grape raisins!! 🍇🎄”

“About 3 weeks ago I shopped for cosmetics at Woolworths Fourways Mall. Two ladies Phumi and Mbali assisted me. Their service was outstanding, very helpful and patient with lots of laughs along the way. I highly commend them.”

“This morning I entered N1 City Woolworths and saw a gentleman assisting a customer, he really took his time take the customer through the range... I proceeded to the grocery section looking at the meat.... Suddenly I hear a gentleman greeting the 2 staff packing the fridge and wished them well for the day... I stopped and discovered it's the same guy that assisted the customer.... I complimented him and discovered his name is Eugene and he is a manager there.... The 2 gentlemen told me he greets and wish the staff well daily.... This is the type of managers we need in Retail..... We'll done Eugene may you go from strength to strength....”

“Excellent service received on 20/01:25 at 14:41 from Teller Chantelle Jordan and Manager Johnna Lee. Upon forgetting my PIN number they were extremely patient and kind! The manager accessed the situation, she spoke kindly and patiently reassured me, then took me aside to be seated and to relax, following which I remembered my pin! Her patience and kindness is much appreciated! Thank you WW for hiring such professional staff!”

“I am unhappy with the Woolies dash service not delivered ALL items ordered and paid for. The App is slow to inform the user on out of stock items. I had essential items for delivery to prepare for supper not delivered. It's really annoying and crediting my Account later does not Cut it.”

“Callie a cashier at Waterstone SW went the extra mile. The product (American Style Hotdog) I bought had no barcode. She took out her own phone and went online to look the product up on Woolies app. This saved a lot of time not having to send someone to find the product on the shelf. She is extremely friendly and helpful. Much appreciated!”

“I had the best service from 3 different woolworths stores in Polokwane in the last month. Woolworths Landros mare str,greenery and Savannah. “Today I went to Woolworths looking for a set towelsi couldn’t find what I was looking for but Fikile (Management) jump in to assist me ,she made some suggestion and I ended up getting something better because of her …she even offered to rap up my towels nicely …honestly her service was 100% She was very friendly and professional 🙌🏻🙌🏻… …SHE IS THE BEST ….#she deserves a promotion 👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌”

“Woolworths Canal Walk we received excellent service from Beuon My husband needed a shirt in his size but unfortunately Woolworths canal walk didn't have a size but Beuon my calls to your other stores and found a size in Cavendish store we just want to thank him for excellent service politeness we appreciated his service then we met to Managers Warren& Wendy was very polite and we had a good chat while Beuon was on the phone to your other stores lovely managers.”

“Been to Vangate woolies after a few years today. Me and my daughter and 10mnth old grandchild, and what a beautiful experience got to the till with clothing and a few snacks. Little 1 got a bit irritated being in the trolley for a while and the cahier Inshaaf did not give me a chance to ask her if she could ring the prawn chips first before the rest of the other items,to give to the baby. And it was done with a smile it was extremely observant of her and still had the time to give us a smile. This is the type of service you expect going shopping, but that is a big burden for some staff at the opposition. Store manager Mr Nqaba just as helpful thank you once again for making my shopping experience in your store so pleasant”
