“My husband and I went to the Woolworths in Cornubia to purchase school shoes for my two boys. We unfortunately could not get the size we wanted for our eldest boy. We met Payal who works in the shoe department and I must commend her on her excellent customer service skills. She was soi helpful in trying to help us locate size from the different stores and even took my details to call me once new stock has arrived. It's is very rare that you get retail staff that enjoy what they do and will go the extra mile to assist customers. Thank you Payal for your help today. Woolworths Cornubia...you have a gem of a staff member on your team.”

“goodday today I visited woolworths mall at carnival and i was assisted by Mpho in the man section she really gave me a good service i was looking for mans slim fit golf tshirt and she went all out so that i can get proper size and even went as far as to check at which stores i can get the sizes that i wanted since you were out of stock id like to thank mpho and the cashiers as well i cant remember her name she was welcoming and she also gave me a good services i didnt get the colours of the tshirt that i wanted but i was happy with the good service they gave me keep it up!”

“Honestly the worst experience in delivery and reimbursement. They really have no idea what they're doing. Dont expect Sity60 level of service delivery. I placed an order, order showed delivered and the items never arrived. Requested a refund and they dont have a process to do that. Honestly pathetic service levels. I called the app helpdesk and the Dash agent transferred me to Online and then Online transferred me to Dash. When I asked why I'm being transferred back and forth the guy hung up. So frustrating”

“After having shopped at three stores at La Lucia Mall on 21/6/2023, myhusband and I went to the Woolworths restaurant for lunch before purchasing groceries from the Woolworths Food section. As usual we had to leave our trolley outside the restaurant. To our horror we found our trolley had been taken by the time we had finished lunch. Very upset, I enquired from the person in charge of the trolleys who very kindly and politely told us to inform the manager as the shop has cameras, which we did. Mr Nathi (surname unknown), took my details and as soon as we arrived back home, I was informed that the trolley and its goods had been recovered in the grocery section. Someone had taken it to do their shopping and had left our items in the trolley. Thank you Nathi for your promptness and thank you to the gentleman at the trolley section for your concern. What lovely service you gave us!”

“I bought fresh prawns from Parkview store. It was not labelled as cleaned or deveined, but when I opened the pack, to my pleasant surprise, I realized they had already been cleaned. Thank you Woollies!”

“To start with Woolworths is a retail shop that is strict on quality,customer service with the friendliness to serve all south africans with the intention to satisfy each and every single customer so they can go home knowing they go home with quality food items that will last long and packed with freshness and good nutrition.Also the fact that they also sell decent clothes and other essentials(worth the money).”

“I would like to congratulate the company on getting a 48 % on the Fashion Revelation Index as it had managed to get this grade passing a few major brands who scored a zero . I am happy to say that the brand is on the right path . There is still for improvement here and there. The brand should include more of its production areas.”
