My husband needed a shirt in his size but unfortunately Woolworths canal walk didn't have a size but Beuon my calls to your other stores and found a size in Cavendish store we just want to thank him for excellent service politeness we appreciated his service then we met to Managers

“Been to Vangate woolies after a few years today. Me and my daughter and 10mnth old grandchild, and what a beautiful experience got to the till with clothing and a few snacks. Little 1 got a bit irritated being in the trolley for a while and the cahier Inshaaf did not give me a chance to ask her if she could ring the prawn chips first before the rest of the other items,to give to the baby. And it was done with a smile it was extremely observant of her and still had the time to give us a smile. This is the type of service you expect going shopping, but that is a big burden for some staff at the opposition. Store manager Mr Nqaba just as helpful thank you once again for making my shopping experience in your store so pleasant”

On 23 August 2024, I wanted to purchase Green Olive Rustic bread from the Woolworths Food branch in Woodbridge (Dann road, Kempton Park). There was only one loaf left. To my surprise the lady at the bakery asked how many loafs I wanted and asked me if she could bake me some. I asked how long it would take and she replied only 12 minutes. I affirmed and continue shopping and when I returned after 12 minutes I was handed my 2 loafs fresh from the oven. I want to thank the lady at the bakery (unfortunately I did not take her name) for really outstanding and excellent customer service. When I arrived at home I could not wait to have some of the deliciously fresh green olive rustic bread.”
“On the morning of my birthday a pretty bunch of lilies was delivered to my home in Port Elizabeth. They were sent to me by my daughter in Cape Town. They were all closed but still looked beautiful in my vase. Well, they opened slowly over the next few weeks and lasted a whole month which was a wonderful surprise. I enjoyed every minute. Everything was packed nicely in a neat box with sufficient packing material to ensure nothing was damaged and delivered in good order.
A special shout out to the courier guy, Alfred, who delivered my order. He was so helpful and patient as I recently had a leg injury and am on crutches.
This is a great service as I was unable to get my size of some particular items at stores nearby and saved me so much hassle in driving around looking for them.

“Might be a small thing, but we have recently started purchasing the Woolworths Chicken Pie (boxed) again, advertised as “new and improved recipe”, and oh my gosh is this true!! We were long time fans but stopped buying this product many months ago after it just started being yuck. The new version is incredible - crispier lighter pastry, a creamier “gravy”, and bigger very TENDER chicken chunks. Just to be sure, we checked this out 3 times over 3 weeks.
