The app is not user-friendly. A lot of basic items are always out of stock. They need to do better

Placed an order online for a gift. Paid with a credit card. Item was too big so it was to be exchanged for a smaller size , sent the delivery note and tax invoice to exchange at a store. Correct size was available at the store. Was told it could not be exchanged, it will be refunded to my credit card. Why? After an hour, was given a gift card. Made no sense. Took the gift card and purchased same item in the correct size. Where's the common sense.

I've bought a chicken and chick pea roti and there where no chicken in the roti. Not very happy about the product.

In general we are really happy with Woolworths, dash delivery and the quality of the products. However, this week is the second time that I did a standard order, paid R75 for next day delivery and it is now two days late without any communication from Woolworths. I sent them an email last night to find out where the package is and to request a refund for the R75. They did not respond yet. Holding thumbs.

We are regular WW customers and favour the coffee experience, visiting your Victory Park store at least twice per week for an awesome experience. Today, the experience at WW, OR Tambo, was poor in comparison. The barista on duty, Nkosinyathi produced a cappuccino that was 1cm below the rim of the cup and argued when I asked for a full cup. The customer centric attitude we have become accustomed to from Ww was missing. Staff at WW, OR Tambo were ot only dismissive, unwelcoming and argumentative but also extremely chatty amongst themselves and noisy from behind the service counter. The overall experience was underwhelming in comparison to the great service we are used to from WW

I baught a chicken pie, the bigger one. I was very disappointed with it. The taste was ok, but it was hard to find the chicken. The small pies are delicious, but there is no resemblance with the bigger one. Next time I would rather buy one at checkers.

Terrible app.. sooooo slow... doesn't add items to the cart ... substitute items are pathetic.. shoppers useless.. ordered 400g strawberries... and no substitute given ... no chat either ... shopper unavailable... no app chat that actually works... maybe you should experience the checkers app ... its streaks ahead of woolworths!!! When is your app going to reflect the exorbitant prices you charge your customers 🙄

I bought 4 packets of chips Woolworths hand cooked crips different flavors the roast lamb and rosemary flavor tasted burnt and the other packets tasted as if they had little stones and they were not fresh. Bought also a Woolworths custard it was spoiled.

I writes ll this with so much disappointment. I have communicated with Woolies financial so many times advising them of my problematic phone and that I can only communicate through whatsapp. I also mentiomed I am in a financial difficulty and can not make a payment arrangement because I do not know how much I cam afford and I have comminicates this various times. I get paid on 25th but borowed so that I cam pay them on 19/10/2024. I then get a notification i am handed over to fusion debt collectors for one month in arrears. Their chat platform is pathetic and I would like the world to know how disgusting woolies are and that they have no empathy. nicolette buys the chat agent ignored my request and was not helpful at all just like all their chat agents. They are so incompetent and inexperienced. I want a manager to call me and I want all call recordings of conversations I had with them How can you hand people over to debt collectors after they communicate that they cant confirm an amount. I am letting my legal assistant handle thos and I will make sure the whole South Africa knows how woolies operates. No wonder Hello Peter is so full of bad reviews. I am utterly disgusted. What happened to Integrity? Woolies SA not living the values they pretend to have.

Maitre D at woolworths V&A Waterfront said there are no tables when there were 3 open. Then he walked away We stood confused until a waiter came along and told us to choose any of the 3 open tables We watched the maitre D and oticed his racist attitude to non white and looks like he was sucking up.for tips .. PS rhus was a black guy Very disappointing to have bad apples like this in your employ

Purchased Pork chippolate sausages for Sunday brunch. While the flavour was good the casings were tough, difficult to chew and mostly had to go to the dog. I have not experienced this before. Batch number 74312030 . Purchased at Stellenbosch Square store

It is their interest rates, I’m disappointed that they are threatening me for payment when it’s all finance charges which on their credit card is a ridiculous amount of 28.50% when their store card is only 19%, I pay my store card but refuse to pay the credit card of 28. 25% NO never and the call centres all uneducated people. Woolworths credit card divisions even slammed down the phone on me. Super bad service. I’ve cut up my card never again will I deal them again. Bad service very bad service

It takes longer to order food than get it delivered. Your app on android is atrocious.. everything takes soooo long ... no substitutes on anything g is done correctly... even though I know there are substitutes available... substitutes ate completely incorrect ( Bulger wheat salad substitute for Greek salad ( among woolies get it together) chatting with a shopper is impossible... the chat closes or doesn't open or the shopper ignores you .. so what's the point ? It's completely annoying to not receive half your groceries every single time !!! Shoppers must use their heads ... chicken schnitzel is chicken schnitzel.... just substitute it for heaven's sake... sixty60 is incredible... 30 mins delivery every time ... the substitutes are amazing .... choice is incredible... and I have received my complete order every single time ! When are you going to do something about our experience in online shopping with you?

Woolies dash service is terrible. They don't stick to the allocated time of delivery, there's no update on time of delivery and no apologies for late deliveries.

No price on items and products placed so high up that its impossble to get to... Items discontinued like Steel cut oats and pearl barley , your store is looking like any local store without the best quality products

Long queue and manger and staff stand around chatting until I had to ask for another till to be opened . Only 2 tills were originally opened and people stood with trolleys filled to the brim

I often buy the butter rotis and every time experience the rotis to stick together. Resulting in breaking. Unpleasant when serving it to guests

So poor. Everytime I used this service it gets worse and worse. I had to wait for 30minutes before the shopping could start. My shopper was done at 2.30pm. It is now an hour later and I still don't have my order. Calling the helpline to be told my order might reach me in half an hour? Might? That's an hour and a half wait time?!? How is this convenience? It's just pushed out all my plans, I should have just gone to the shops myself. Honestly, I expected better from Woolworths considering the price of the items compared to other shops. Sadly I can't even say the quality is better, Im getting better quality food from Checkers lately! I guess I'll stick to Checkers 60 from here on forward. They at least shop and bring your food within the hour. Woolies wont even let me collect, I just have to sit around and wait now and they cant even give me a time? I have things I need to do?!!? Very, very disappointed.
