I chose XLN because I thought they were going to be suitable for our Dental Practice I ditched British telecom for this company. It is the worst Internet connection I have had you cannot upload anything to the Internet and it gets cut off at midnight for nearly 1 hour every single night, so none of my Cloud back up for my service functions. I have spent numerous times trying to contact customer services and I cannot get through to someone eventually when I did get through to someone they did admit that the service was pretty substandard with regards to uploading documents to the cloud or the Internet. At £47 a month for a business broadband this is not good value for money. It doesn’t suit our needs or purposes and I will be ditching this company at the very first opportunity.

Don’t get trapped in this spiderweb. Too many hidden charges apply ones you have signed the contract. Be careful.

Awful Money Grabbing company that do not care about their loyal customers. I first joined XLN in 2018. I signed a new contract in 2022 because I had been happy with their service- that was my biggest mistake! It appears that since they merged with Daisy Communications they have become greedy. My price has increased by a whopping 65% mid contract with NO communication or warning and NO opportunity to leave. They insist that an email was sent but I have not received it. I am now in the position where XLN/Daisy have me trapped between a rock and a hard place and refuse to offer ANY sort of assistance. My contract is up in 4 months however I wanted to switch early to avoid paying the hugely inflated price that was sprung on me with no warning however they will charge me £500 to do so. My only other options are to continue paying them a massive sum of money that I never agreed to for a mediocre service Or pay them for another new line in order to decrease my monthly cost. They say that my price increase is due to my line being “old and costly to maintain” however I paid for this new line to be installed at the start of this current contract less than 3 years ago. Overall an awful experience and customer services are unhelpful and unwilling to assist, I would not recommend!

I’ve never experienced such poor internet service. I was charged outrageous amounts for a service that never worked properly. The connection was constantly dropping, and when I tried to contact customer support, I received no helpful assistance. I’m extremely disappointed, and I feel like I’ve been overcharged for a service that didn’t meet even basic expectations. I would not recommend XLN to anyone.

Terrible company. They overcharged us. Put extra things without authorisation. The first month was free set up and more, and they charged us. Last month's bill asked me to update it with the correct price, and they did not. I can't wait to leave.

Terrible, called to cancel. Then was continually charged, called again, the lady read my notes saying if called to cancel and it was with the tenancy team. Still made me pay 4 months usage that I hadn’t used.
