Please please stay away from xln. you should never use xln for a business. Useless customer service, hidden fee and they are obviously scamming people by legal way. I wish I never sign a contract with them in the first place. I lost over 5k for the last two weeks because of xln. They are not even bother to send out an engineer to fix the problem. I have spoke to them for hrs but still nothing has happened and in the main time I have to pay all my employees and all they can say apologies. Even the people work for xln don't take any responsibility. Fake promises day after day !! I won't recommend this company to my enemy. Stay away from xln ....they are scammers and provide such a useless service!!! I wish I red these reviews before leaving a genuine company and signed to xln ....big mistake !!!

RUBBISH EXPERIENCE....! 100% FRAUD COMPANY. THEY TELL YOU SOMTHING ELSE WHEN THEY HAVE TO DO A CONTRACT BUT THEY MADE A DIFFERENT CONTRACT. THE CONTRACT WAS 1 YEAR BUT WHEN THE YEAR FINISHED AND I CALL TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT THEY SAID THE CONTACT WAS FOR 1 AND HALF YEAR. AND ASKING ME £400 PLUS VAT TO PAY IF I WANT TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT. EVEN I AM NOT WORKING FROM THAT PREMISES FROM OVER 6 MONTS AND THEY ARE STILL TAKING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT AND DID NOT EVEN GIVE ME ANY OPTION WHEN I COULD USE THAT SERVIECE SOMEWHERE ELSE ie, HOME. THEY JUST WANT MONEY.

I would seriously think hard about starting a contract with XLN. If you have a problem it’s hard to get through to anyone. I was misled over a contract and they wouldn’t admit it. They did not provide what I asked for. It costs a fortune to get out of the contract. They don’t listen.

Absolutely awful company don’t even think of joining them. Said they would deal with everything when transferring from BT. They didn’t and received a bill from BT for £675. The whole thing has bus nightmare. This has been going on since March. XLN keep changing their minds about everything. Avoid

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. This company agreed to buy out a contract over the phone on an unsolicited cold call. When they received the early termination charges they said they could not go ahead with the service which was already connected. We were given a month to connect to a different supplier which we did but then they told us that it hadn't been cancelled and tried to charge us early termination fees! An absolute joke.

Having worked for XLN for the last year I would strongly caution anyone not to use this company. First of all the service you'll receive i.e. the internet or broadband will either be of the poorest quality you'll ever come across, or it just won't work whatsoever. Our out of hours service is literally a joke - for VOIP/Cloud systems there is literally no support whatsoever. If you suddenly experience a problem on Saturday after 2pm there will be no solution until at least Monday. Even worse there is no divert available on the out of hours support. If you suddenly start experiencing a problem with the line, let's say you're a small business, like a takeaway, and your phone lines go down during the evening, there is no way to reroute the call to your mobile. In addition to this you'll start noticing that after a few months your bills will gradually increase - call us up and we'll explain all the hidden charges that are written in small print in the contract. By far the worst and most humiliating aspect of the way the company operates is in relation to cancellations. Let's say you decide to leave after realising how terrible the service is, the cost of you leaving us i.e. the cancellation fee, is the full cost of what you would pay if you were to stay to the end of the contract. If you refuse to pay we just pass the debt to a local bailiff company/debt collection company. Please do not take a contract out with XLN if you value your company. The amount of heartbreaking conversations from small business owners that I've had is truly shocking. If you are already a Customer and are reading this please: (i) Get out of the contract as soon as you can (ii) Do not upgrade to the Cloud/VOIP system - there is no support and there is no ability to add diverts out of hours. (iii) Do not take any new or additional products. What we do here is daylight robbery and the way we're able to get away with it is mainly due to the fact we're often dealing with small businesses who often don't have the means to take legal action.

Absolutely awful service. Persuaded me to go over to their company from BT and they would deal with everything. Have not kept to their word and has cost me over £700 on extra charges. Do not use them!

Salesman came to my small business and made loads of promises regarding speed and prices being better than BT. I said to them im with BT they said they will get me out of BT contract. So they said they will take details off me to get me the best quote. The scammer went ahead and signed me up to XLN. Month later i get a call saying i have to give them my sort code and account number to set up a direct debit. Now they are asking me to get BT cancallation fees given to me in writing (£3600) but BT wont give that in writing. So im in a situation my bill keeps going up and i cant get out of their “contract” they are threatening with beiliff. I havent even plugged anything into their wifi in still using BT

This Telecom company need to change: - Their attitude - to push back their responsibilities onto the customer - MUST wash their dirty mouth - STOP being condenscending Under the excuse you are out of contract your service can increase from £24/Month to £75/Month For that charge you get a rubbish landline with no service, but a lot of nuisances calls, internet drop or cut out. When you call, everything is fine, when it is not working. I am leaving them I had enough of their extortionate price and unjustified

I canceled my account a year ago, a year later they are charging me a fine of £66.71 . I sent it a year later because you didn't send the materials, but even if I didn't send it, how can you impose a fine after a year? It's a terrible campaign, it's an incredible company, it's disgusting, I recommend it to anyone.

If there any zero star i could given, there is my option for this scamming company, they just tried to get rip off every single penny from you. How is that possible for customer to pay near £600 for the early termination fee, which is absolutely ridiculous. Please just avoid this rubbish, keep it away from you.

If you thought SKY or BT were bad, these guys take bad service to a whole new level! After not being happy paying nearly £100 a month for Broadband, I rank and asked to leave they talked me into a new contract at £39.95 a month, the following 2 months they take nearly £400 out of my account, see attached screenshot of my account payments. 3 months later I have no phone line haven't for 2 months, meant to be moved to VOIP but I can't get any help setting this up, I waited for 1 hour on hold and refused to wait any longer. No I am having to get our legal team involved as they are refusing to issue a refund. The escalation team is far from useless, Clayton sounds like a robot that reads from a screen, honestly, go to talk talk or someone else cheap as these are far from cheap and the customer service is appalling! By far the worst Ive come across of over 15 years in business!

Worst company ever. Don't trust them and never sign any agreement. Under agreement they can change the charges as they want. Then by some magic your bill is double just after few months of contract.

I received an unsolicited call from XLN, who I believe to have an overly active sales department that has pestered me to engage with them, despite me clearly telling them I am not a business, and this has taken place over about two years. They have sent me so many routers I have lost track, every time they make an approach claiming they will be able to get me out of my present contract it triggers delivery of yet another router. I have been quite clear that I will not set up a contract with them until I am able to get released, which has to run until March/April 2025. This week I have had to cancel yet another unsuccessful attempt as my current provider still wants in excess of £700 plus VAT. XLN's right hand doesn't seem to know what their left hand is doing(with no apparent intervening brain). This morning as I passed two routers awaiting return envelopes in my hallway, answering the door to the postwoman I received, not the requested envelopes, but you guessed it, ANOTHER ROUTER! The only way I can think of preventing their future actions is to ask for the recordings under the DATA PROTECTION legislature and sending them to OFCOM. All this to try to escape the clutches of my present provider, who I won't name yet, but has cut off the internet via my mobile, thus blocking access to banking apps, in retaliation to all this commotion and my raising concerns about their accounting skills, charging for spurious services. Although I consider XLN to be shown incompetent, they are still likely to be able to provide a better service than my current provider, and that's saying something! Computers can say YES at the same time as saying NO whilst disagreeing with AI and it's ALGORITHMS simultaneously, it's digital duplicity! And it's not the way a

I had Cloud Voice enabled since the beginning of May 2024 and it is majorly disrupting my business! The line porting was done incorrectly so now I receive 10% of calls to an old divert number. I've been chasing the XLN faults line for 2 weeks and each time I am told someone will call me with an update, which they never do. I have to call everyday, multiples times for an update. This morning they said they need to cease my lines and reactivate the phone lines which means no service for 6-10 days! There is no sense of urgency and they don't seem to care that I am operating a business. I have to liaise between the faults team, provisioning team and cloud voice team separately as each department and person seems to give me slightly different/contradicting information.
