Do not use this Company They are a total Con. They were charging me £32 per month and when it went over the 24 months they put it up to £74 per month Despite giving a months notice they charged me an extra 2 months , plus they added a £5 service fee onto my account without my authorization. They say that this is an opt out services and that I was automatically opted in . They also said that because the 1 month notice of termination of tthir service went over the bill data by one day due to their systems that I had to pay the next full month.

When I had to buy, they behaved like beggars. After buying I have become a beggar. Average time of responding to telephone is over half an hour. Useless service. Its almost 6 weeks, my cloud service is not updated. Still there sales department is begging me to change my home broadband also. Shameful people. For God sake Don't buy from them. Extremely useless after sales. My new router has not been installed even though their Engineer came. New phone has not been given to me yet, PLEASE FOR GOD SAKE DON'T TAKE FROM THEM/See Pic below listening to music for 33 minutes

Stay away from xln .sent me September invoice of £82 .last month it was £64 .rubbiah internet ,have to reset router several times in a day to make it work .get a virgin or bt and stay away from xln scam.and asked £500 cancellation fee if I switch to other network.

We've been with XLN for a few years now. It has done what it is supposed to do - a business phone line and internet service. I could have found cheaper, but in the grand scheme of things, not too much of a problem. However, this is until I wanted to switch to their new Cloud Voice technology. I have literally never had as bad an experience with a B2B service as I have since Friday 30th August. The line was adjusted to accommodate the new technology by Openreach on Friday and the old phone was plugged in by them while we awaited the new Cloud Voice device. It wasn't until Tuesday 3rd September when one of our Wholesale Customers got in touch face to face to say they'd been trying since Friday to call us that we discovered we had no phone line! We have missed countless orders and business due to XLN's negligence. I got on the web chat and wasted more than an hour, then waited to be transferred on the web chat for a further hour and a quarter. Nothing. No contact. No operative at the other end. I then called XLN. Spent more than an hour, mostly on hold and being transferred to lots of people who didn't know what was going on. This is very much an OLD FASHIONED telecoms company. Fine for an old style copper line. But DO NOT USE them for any new or emerging technologies, as they simply haven't got a clue how to install or operate the equipment, let alone ensure it arrives in time for the install date. Prior to attempting the line transfer, I'd setup an account with Air Landline - this was easy and quick. The only reason I didn't continue was that I couldn't keep our long-standing business number as XLN had a hold over it! Rest assured though, at the earliest opportunity, I will be ending the contract I have with XLN. I would definitely welcome communication from someone with problem solving ability from XLN to get in touch with me to discuss this, especially after having read the CEO of XLN Telecom’s bio on LinkedIn: “Enterprising, customer-focused Managing Director with a natural ability for building new business and forging loyalty with clients, vendors and external business partners. Identifies and capitalises on emerging business ventures to propel an organisation to the top tier of telecoms and IT. Considering this is a telecommunications company, the customer communication is terrible. I CANNOT RECOMMEND.

Absolutely awful service.Avoid to get any phone line and internet from this company!I made contact for £49 a month and every invoice I get it was high every month till get to double,all the operater who work there they are rude and not helpful ,in short sentences this company (xln) is robbing people.i complain and no body call and send me text to go to chat service which is not working .now is 3 day we havnt got internet and really effect our business

The most dishonest and not reliable honestly go with Bt cheaper and a lot respectful I been on line to them on hold for 6 hours and no reply after I made a complaint they lost my number and still charged me.

Absolute daylight robbery, scammers, they don't care, they don't listen and they will charge you whatever tombola number comes out of their ass, they are completely unhelpful, they ball you from one dept to another, no apology, no help, no nothing, the prices skyrocket like mad and nobody cares. The internet was really bad, it continously went down, they charged me for a phone line I never had even connected or on plan whatsoever, I was out the contract and I bothered to read it, it did not say anywhere that it was a rolloever anywhere, but they did not want me to leave so they kept generating bills after I had left, put it in writting and returned their faulty router back to them, now I'm getting this horrible letters from a debt recovery company called carsuk, really nice, Avoid like the plague is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure to deal with.

Absolutely awful company with no customer service at all. In the end I had to get the telecom ombudsman involved as I was getting no where. After a decision was made in my favour, I was able to cancel my contract without any early cancellation fees plus a goodwill gesture of £125.00 which I obviously haven't received as they come up with new random charges that eats into the credit on my closed account. Nightmare, definitely avoid at all costs. I can't even give this company 1 star tbh.

Switching from an analogue phone line to a digital took 32 days. On day 2 the engineer disconnected my phone and left me without a phone! Customer services are difficult to contact, and poorly informed. The chat box on the website doesnt open from 3 seperate computers (despite them assuring me that it works). Now I want to leave but they will try and charge me the full term. I will take my case to the ombudsman. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Agreed to transfer broadband and lines in June. B'band moved ok, lines didn't. No communication from XLN to tell me the transfer hadn't ported across. Still paying BT for phone lines at out of contract rates. Held back bill with XLN to try to get something done, now hit with late payment charge. Absolute shower.

After almond 8 years of loyalty and only leaving as I've closed my business I received a demand letter for £18 and ten days to pay it or it will be passed to there authorised debt recovery agent i had paid up to date in fact they cut the phone line before the end of the month leaving me without security cameras do yourselves a favour and avoid this company

Was told had to wait in an empty shop for 6 hours for an engineer to install internet and could not give us a smaller window and they never showed up costing us time and money. When called the company no apology was given just told they didn’t know why was a no show.

REGRET signing a contract with this company. We recommend you look elsewhere, this company offers nothing but frustrations, poor customer service and very little motivation to help and support the client.

The worst company you could possibly be working with! Rubbish customer service and WiFi issues ALL THE TIME! They overcharge you for things you never even used or asked to use! When they asked me my opinion i told them the truth and they just left running and said”sorry to hear that” ! AVOID AVOID AVOID

The worst company I worked with, please don't do the same mistake! It was lie upon lie, the monthly cost is this much and than it will be 4 times higher. I finish trading and they will still charge me for 30 days more, because I didn't read the terms and conditions. Overall just bad, give your business to someone else, and mind that they been acquired by Daisy communications.

One of the worst companies I have dealt with. Extra items added to my invoice, once I get rid of one, another 'additional services' is added. The email address on their homepage is incorrect and will never be answered. Contract renews with no notice, I cannot wait to be rid of them

Absolutely the worst company I ever had to deal with. Had a sales call next thing I know I am getting bills for services they didn’t even give me. Hardest people to reach in the phone after sales. Offered a £18 per month service. Then three month later £260 bill it’s a scam. Run as fast as you can.
