I told them that I have not got a valid postcode so they could not get the line installed they continued and BT would not install it. they have now started sending me invoices for something that I dont have. have been trying to contact them but its slow going might be quicker if they employed monkeys

where do i even begin with this scam of a company? i made the mistake of renewing my contract with them and less than 6 months in, i have no service and when i contacted XLN, i was told my broadband has been "slammed" they then offerred me a new contract at a much higer rate which I declined and requested they investigate and get my line back or terminate the contract seeing it has been "slammed". I have now called XLN a total of 9 times since friday 6th october with an average waiting time of 45mins and still no solution. i have sent in a complaint via the online form but no one has called back yet. when i cancelled my direct debt because they failed to contact me that they have been bought over by daisy communications, they where quick to send me a text and email. I have just been told by another member of the accounts management team that my complaint and account has not been looked into by the escalation team. i suggest you give this company a miss regardless of how cheap they may initial appear. the cost to your business is nothing compared to money you may save with them.

AVOID this company at all costs. The sales department is good at selling you their services, but the follow up customer service is TERRIBLE. It is impossible to contact them either by phone or webchat. If you do eventually get through they don't follow up. They should get zero stars, but one is the minimum possible.

Cut off my card machine for no reason on a busy Saturday. Would NEVER recommend them as all services, card machine and internet is very unreliable, they lure you in with false promises. Internet speed is rubbish and struggles. Customer service non existent. referred me to the wrong ombudsman, now taking them to the financial ombudsman, and failing that small claims court.

Been with XLN for last 11 years and hence shocked to get the service and treatment by the supposedly Head of Customer Loyalty. Below is my email to them which pretty much sums up my experience with them - "I have already spoken to you yesterday regarding this contract. I have spend half of my day trying to fix an internet issue I have was having with XLN and was informed by Floran that he can offer me wireless 4G dongle at reduced price which effectively will reduce my tariff each month and then the phone was passed over to you after which we went through the super-quick T&C’s trick. I was surprised to see your contract email of £42.99 pm followed by Floran’s email with another £29.99 pm for 4G dongle which is NOT what we had agreed. Also you confirmed that if we remove the 4G dongle from the package, there wouldn’t be any difference to the existing router or inter connectivity which basically defies the reason I got in touch in the first place. You were also not aware of Floran’s 4G £29.99 package at this point so clearly there wasn’t any clear communication between you two. He was trying to sell his product and you were doing the same. Within minutes I was mislead into buying 2 contracts and my tariff increased significantly. Why would I proceed with another contract with no difference to the current one when I am already having some internet issues and problems? After speaking to Floran who strangely had a totally different tone and was not friendly during our second conversation, after talking to him about my concerns I was more surprised that my monthly bill will actually increase to more than £100 if I went ahead with the proposed contract. Floran also confirmed he does not know my current tariff and was not aware of £20 that I pay for using the card machine. If he was not aware of my current tariff and price then how did he propose savings to me in the first place. Also when asked him to contact you to cancel both contracts, he denied doing this saying he doesn’t know where you were and I should call you to which I strongly objected as it was him who transferred my call to you. Anyways, I would like both my contracts to cancel with immediate effect as I believe you both have provided wrong information to me including convincing me that I will be saving each month but the fact is that I will be paying more than my current tariff. The other reason is the way both of you changing your tone in your 1st and 2nd call. I did not find you were trying to help but rather upset when I decided not to proceed. I would rather pass my business to some company who cares for their customers. Floran has confirmed my 4G dongle contract has been cancelled and if you could do the same as well".

Unbelievably awful company. Conned me into moving broadband and telephone services to them by lying to me, then trying to communicate with them is nigh on impossible - they answer the 'phone in three rings, yes, but there's no-one there, you just get stuck on hold for twenty minutes. Anyway, having promised the earth and a huge saving (£500 apparently - turned out to be less than half that) they failed to deliver a single thing, no engineer, no hub, no telephone. As a result of that they've done we may even lose the telephone number that we'd had for thirteen years. if you value your telephone and broadband services stay well clear of these clowns.

awful company bullying i witnessed of sales director threatening to sack a sales lady in front nest few business meeting clubs i will telling people dont near them around Wales and Bristol.the bad news will travel fast sales director should be reported for bulling vulnerable sales people

Broadband down for 44days Had to source new card machine with backup sim card at a cost to my business.. found out that Talk Talk is supplier to XLN Shocking service for a bussiness line

Customer service is useless. Nobody to answer questions. Can not chat online either. Feel I have been missold package. Bill is £44.26 instead of £22.74 agreed over the phone.

I was with XLN years ago and switched as soon as my contracted ended as I was fed up with their constant unexpected price add on’s to my monthly bills After being with another firm (TalkTalk) for 3 years and contract coming to an end I got a cold call from XLN offering me a heavily discounted price to switch back to them which was around £15 per month saving the switch was very simple but after a couple of months my bills are now higher than the company I switched from I believe XLN to be the rouge partners of TalkTalk and they are nothing but liars who promise good rates to hook you in I will never ever use these again !!!

Rubbish customer service thay 4 years… Rubbish customer service thay 4 years this company was working but internet price keep going up my contract 24.99 24 mount but after 3 months thay charge me 50 pounds it’s rip off never recommend 0 ⭐️ I wil go sky 24.99 everything saim 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅

This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with in all my 28 years in Business. Rep came around in April promising everything landline, broadband at £27.95 per month and a handset, as I was out of contract I thought I would give them a go, I so wish I hadn't. It is now June and so far we have been sent no router, hub or handset just an engineer who for some reason went to the exchange and changed our number as he could not find our DP box, since then we have had to get another engineer around to fix this and they could not believe what he had done he had created a bloody mess. We were charged a first bill of £36 by these clowns and I have just seen the recent bill from them is £104 plus for 3 landlines!!!! We have one we don't even have internet from them as they haven't sent any equipment out. So I phoned my previous supplier only to be told you have not been switched you are still with us and I set new deal up with them who promised everything would be sent. This was sent next day and I have set it all up myself they even sent me new phone handsets. I have now cancelled Direct Debit to XLN as they were never in charge of my lines or broadband at any time and trying to phone them is useless as no one ever answers. I have also opened a case with RESOLVER against them and spoken to the Small Business Bureau as XLN were charging me for an account they didn't have and according to my rights I am able to cancel at anytime if the supplier has not set up what was agreed and I think 2 months is more than long enough, or much too long to change over landline and internet. No doubt they will get hold of me shortly when they see DD has been cancelled. I will also be looking for my first payment returned as they just seem to charge what they like set up an apparent account let you log in but at no time were they actually my suppliers. Apparently this used to be a very good company so the top management need to sort this shambles out. If I could give less stars I would. Luckily I kept all paperwork and screenshots from the Rep of what was promised plus the price and now am just awaiting email to say my account has been cancelled with no charge to my Business plus a return of the first payment we made. An absolute nightmare from the start.

No 1 cheaters, they have stupid policies when I told them that I am transferring my line with another provider when my contract end Bud they said you can’t notify before one month and we can’t accept. This is so stupid because when the contract end I am leaving doses not matter

Business beware when transferring from bt cloud to cln They promise the earth and diver nothing The sales person quoted me 32.99 the reality is 45.99 No handset unless you pay extra Dreadful customer service Also on transferring my business number they completely changed the format making it very difficult snd costly to transfer to another provider even when tge contract is up BUSINESS BEWARE

I have had my router of XNL and it never worked. I phoned the company up and explained what was going on. They spoke to me and explained everything about what to do. So done that. But still not working. They said they were going to send me another one. But never happened. So I'll be leaving them.

Very very terrible company Oder 2 month engine come do not things , my shop open no internet can’t do anything, very very bad , ask me waiting again , don’t know how long , if don’t know how to go business better stop it , very bad company in the world, anyone please read reviews don’t go this company

Very very disappointing service. Talked a good talk to sign us up, but very very poor broadband connection, well short of what we had previously with PlusNet. We were promised superfast within 24 hours, but 5 days later, a poor broadband offering. Would definitely not have used XLN if we'd know how poor the service was. UPDATE: 6 weeks on and still appalling broadband service. XLN have two speeds at doing anything....dead slow & stop. Avoid this company at ALL costs. FURTHER UPDATE: Told today we are being upgraded to Superfast Broadband, but, its going to take TWO MORE WEEKS. That's EIGHT WEEKS to achieve what we've wanted from day one! Unbelievably pathetic 😡

Even 1 star to much this company I was gonna give -100 star but no option worse company ever service is rubbish to many hidden charge when they make contact they said 28.99 first bill they taking from My account 121.40 my tariff was unlimited calls unlimited Internet even I don't make phone call or download I did cancel direct debit not recommended at all not don't use them
