The company should not get even 1 star. AVOID THEM. They told you one price when you sign the contract but the invoice comeS double price. The customer service is so rude and not helping at all by blaming customer for not taking Responsibility for it. When you have a problem with the land line, you need to call them thousands times And ask you to do on your own plugging before they will send the engineer down. AVOID THEM

Terrible service, overpriced and always trying to add on to the bill. Had to deal with the ombudsman it got so bad. Avoid at all costs.

Awful service. Since starting our contract with this company we have had a recurring issue with internet uptime during work hours. We have contacted them possibly hundreds of times regarding it, and they have done nothing but ask us the to send them pictures of the router and how it is set up. We have had one engineer visit which did not improve the situation at all. We are seriously considering cancelling the direct debt and moving to a new provider because there is no progress being made and it seems like they are making no attempt to fix or identify the issue.

In this economic climate, I asked you to reduce my payments. My XLN broadband is of no use to me , in a closed down gym. I spoke to 4 of your representatives and none prepared to offer a reduced or suspended payment plan. Shame on you

PRICES KEEPING GOING UP HELPING IN STAGES TO THE DD WITH NO COMUNICATIONS.HAVE BECOME A VERY EXPENSIVE COMPANY.

In the present situation with Corona virus I was told I would need to pay £400 for breaking my contract early but they were unwilling to offer any reduction even though lines and broadband cannot be used. I will cancel as soon as my contract ends this year and hopefully so will every other small business they refuse to help

For a small business the rates are ridiculously high. From an initial agreement rates are almost 100% higher. Poor customer service - stay away from this company!!!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANY SMALL BUSINESS. CAN NOT SUPPLY FIBRE WHEN OTHER COMPANY CAN.NOT FLEXIBLE IN THE APPOACH. JUST ANOTHER MONEY GRABBING COMPANY WHO IS NOT ON THE SIZE OF SMALL BUSINESS. 0/10

XLN ARE THE WORST COMPANY IVE COME ACROSS. GIVE YOU FAUSE INFERMATION WHEN YOU SIGN UP . THEN ARE A MASSIVE HINDERANCE TO MY BUSINESS. ALL AROUND MY INDUSTRIAL ESTATE COMPANIES CAN GET FIBRE, TALK TALK BT ECT . BUT NOT XLN . WOREST DECISION IVE MADE GOING WITH THIS COMPANY.WOULD ADVISE ANY SMALL BUSINESS. TO STEER WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY, SHOCKING RUBBISH

XLN threaten customer to stay or will cancel tel line and restricted service even have already pay in advance by direct debit. Broadband signal so rubbish. Disgusting company - Will tell every one to avoid.

Avoid XLN. Nothing is excellent there. We contact them many times trying to reduce our bills because we no longer use their services. We moved into a different office with broadband and telephone lines included in the rent, so we do not use XLN anymore. They do not care about you, just want your money even they do not provide any services. On top of that, as we are a long period customer, they rise our bills without my consent. Now we have to pay nearly £70/monthly for nothing. Customer service always said sorry, we can't help you. Avoid XLN. I’m sure that they push their employees or pay third parties to write reviews to keep their ratings up.

Poor service providers. When not if your line goes down which your business needs you Stuffed! 3 days no phone line. I lose £500 per hour and been told to check line equipment myself and fit a adsl filter. Adsl filter fixes everything like poly filler for the scouser... obviously I know it's not that but still no phone line. Now please check inside the bt box, I am no engineer and not a clue what to look for, is this my equipment? Do not use this firm to save money, it will cost you dearly.

In the the beginning xln is very helpful & supportive but wait what happens after 6 months. I signed 2 years contract & my bill went up from £22 to £27 according to contract which is fine then instead going up to £32 on the 12th month xln changed to £58 without my consent. When I called xln told me that they have sent me emails to confirm this, i had never received any emails. Then the lady tells me that was the best deal they put me on & it's too late to change it back, the only way she can give me a discount if I switch my card machine & mobile to them then I will be entitle to discount. I told her, first she has to fix my tariff then I will consider switching my other services. From here her attitude started to change & very firm & raised her voice. Xln is a RIP off, they are just after your money. I have about 6 months of my contract left then I will cancel it. In the beginning I was considering to switch 2 card payment machines & 5 mobile numbers & now I am glad I didn't switch. At the end of the day you end up paying the same as BT or big companies plus you have to deal with all the hassle. STAY AWAY FROM XLN

Worst company ever I've dealt with. 10 years of dealing with many business lines XLN are the worst. Add on insurance products without my permission by sending out soft letters saying automatic enrolment which I never even received. Charging me over £100 for a missed appointment. I've never had a missed appointment so when I call to ask for my money back I'm told I need to wait 8 weeks for it while they investigate it with open reach. Absolute RUBBISH!!! BT were slightly higher in terms of price but honestly never had these kind of issue. Anyone on XLN please please please check your invoices monthly. A £40 a month max contract ended up with me paying £175 this month. Thank God I checked

First sounded great asked what I was paying £52 a month for a small buisness who is open 3 DAYS a week and not on phone long enough to register a call .loads more I can't be bothered to waste more time on them .read carefully what your paying for and can't wait to cancelle these people

Worst company ever to deal with. Tried to cancel only 5 days into the contract but they threatened that I’d have to pay £400 fees as there is no cooling off period. I changed to fibre and the connection was still as bad. They told me I can only use one device at a time (seriously ?!!) so I have now cancelled. Once again I’ve been threatened with the £400 fees but they can take me to court, I’m not paying. They don’t scare me. I know my rights and they haven’t provided me with the service I signed up for. Therefore I have the right to cancel without charge. Please do not sign up with this dreadful company !!!

JH Yorkshire XLN Telecom 2019-04-19 I honestly believe they make their money by providing such a rip off terrible service,many customers actually pay their huge termination fees just to get away from them. Slow broadband, hidden charges, threats if we dont take out their business assurance etc. This is the type of company you always hope you will never accidentally sign up with! Avoid at all costs
