I signed up for fibre. 2 months later no fibre and no internet. They have told me openreach should be able to fit fibre but no fttp. I tried to esculate this to a manager and the manager does not take inbound calls. Wonder why ? Today I spoke to james in the provisioning team and victor in sales. Both useless. Stay away. Stay away stay away
2 month and no broadband yet my account is still being charged. My Xln account number is 4496916. Xln said they cannot find my account details. Hopeless”

Started out paying £30 ended up at £63 for phone line and broadband that didn’t work very well kept dropping out all day
Waited out the 18 months tried to leave to another company they couldn’t port it as they didn’t recognize XLN or daisy as it’s now owned by so had to email and wait another month and pay another month , have jay had an email saying sorry you want to cancel your phone line we will be putting up your broadband charges as it’s no longer discounted
Completely ignoring my calls and emails to end my service with them

They never return calls when promised, and if you have an issue, you can easily wait over half an hour to speak to someone. The lack of communication between their teams is unbelievable. Their customer service has been awful. Every time I tried to get help, I was either put on hold for ages or just passed around without any real answers. It’s clear they’re more interested in squeezing money out of customers than providing good service. Was also miss led by there adviser that I am fully paid and after 3 months I was sent invoices for £171 after 3 months of closing account.
The lady (HAMDA) on the phone was rude when I said I shouldn't be receiving this bill as I spoke to your colleague her reply was then you should clear your payments. In the end some how she managed to reduce the bill to £69.
Please be very careful if you’re considering XLN. I wish I had known this before signing up – I definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
I have had identical experience as the above review.
When I asked for the money back they stopped the charges but refused to pay back what they took.
I asked to stop the service. Then they threatened me with cancellation charges of approximately 500
I am going to complain to trading standards.
They don't seem to care when I said to them. Let's see what happens”

“The wifi is okay bit the invoices are always wrong. Don't believe a word the sales people offer you. Three months on, I am still trying to get reimbursed for the early termination fee charged by my previous internet provider.
I signed up to £19.95/month then by month 3 they had added extra's to take the bill to £32. They keep adding on extra's that I haven't agree to and never refund the full amount that has been charged.

“The call time to get through to connections is exceptionally long. I gave up after 1 hour 15 minutes and another 50 minutes. This was to correct an address error made by the salesperson. When I asked to put in a complaint, they wanted to know my resolution: uhm, reduce the call waiting time! and ensure that customer service operators are trained. to ensure the full correct address is put in. They said that wasn't possible. I had to persuade customer service to take this seriously, and for them to put in the complaint! Really not sure I can put with this. so will be cancelling my order.”

After attempting to resolve the issue with the company, including contacting the CEO, I received little to no help. This entire situation has caused me a great deal of stress and has severely affected my mental health. It’s clear that this company is more focused on taking advantage of its customers than providing honest, fair service. As a small business owner, I expected better support, but instead, I was left feeling ripped off. I will be pursuing legal action and would advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company.”
