“ordered several masks for family and friends on4/30. when I check progress it says still working on then. today is 5/31. says due to ship 5/27-june3. tried the chat feature-what a joke. I am a patient person, but also a tenacious one. I will be contacting my credit card company by 6/10.(benefit of the doubt)”

“I had a great experience with Zazzle! I was nervous to order after reading some negative reviews but I ordered my sisters baby shower invites ... they came in a week time! So fast especially considering delays due to current state of the world right now and the invites are adorable! Look just like the image, very happy!”

“I would just like to say how wonderful my experience was purchasing my first business cards with Zazzle. The customer service is EXCELLENT. I received an email back in regards to my return on BOTH of my orders and was able to get a credit back on the SAME DAY! I re-ordered my new and improved business cards and used my store credit. PLUS, I was given 40% off of my order. So I saved about $90 on my new order!!! I will be looking no further when I need to restock on my business cards. Zazzle is 10/10, I do recommend!”

“Wow! So I ordered a custom made keychain on April 23rd, and I received it in the mail today (April 30th). Exactly one week later. That is the quickest shipping to Canada I have seen during this Covid-19. I’m impressed. Quality of the keychain seems pretty good, afraid the connection from the chain to the button might not be sturdy, but we will see! Picture quality is great, not blurry at all. But there is a random black dot on the picture that Is not suppose to be there. Overall satisfied with the shipping! Already recommended this site to a family member.”

“I purchased custom door hangers for the welcome baskets for our destination wedding planned for April. Due to COVID19, our wedding has been postponed to the following year. Zazzle very generously allowed us to reprint our door hangers AT NO COST TO US with our new wedding date. We have ordered so many branded items for our wedding and Zazzle is one of the few companies who was compassionate towards our unfortunate dilemma. I will continue to order from Zazzle knowing that their customer support will have my best interest in mind!”

“Hello everyone out there, I just got off the phone with Anthony. We've been communicating for some time now for my husband's 65th surprise birthday party. This guy is amazing, patients of a saint, and so very helpful - I can't emphasize this enough. My order isn't totally completed due some tweaking here-and-there but am so happy with the support/assistance from Anthony. I've decided to work with him because of the time we have spent on the phone together. Nonetheless, their staff have all been very helpful. Well done Anthony and to the rest of your co-workers! Keep doing what you're doing!!! I can't give Zazzle more than 5 stars but I can give them 2 thumbs UP :) EEE”

“If I could give this company 10 stars I would! I'm surprised by the other reviews. First of all, it's easy to use and select the designs, they shipped super quick, AND, applied a full refund towards a return and a redo of invitations in which I made the error on the date! And the replacement invites came within a week! They returned me emails same day with clear and kind instructions. If there were problems before, they have upped their game. Thank you Zazzle!”

“Great company, my experience was obviously nothing like the negative reviews. I ordered a backpack for my son as a surprise having one of his invented cartoon characters. They communicated with me throughout, reimbursed me for the express shipping as regular shipping was adequate and the quality of the backpack was exceptional.”

“Shortly after I ordered an IPhone otterbox for my granddaughter from Zazzle, I found out that her phone wasn't working and she was getting another phone and that case wouldn't work. I filled out the form on their website about what happened and requested a refund. They answered me in about an hour letting me know they approved my return request and had initiated a refund to the account used to make my purchase. That's great customer service!”

“First time customer, but now lifetime customer. Very happy, they really care that you are happy with your product. I ordered 3 items, was not happy with 2, they had a quick refund with no problems. They were so good that I re-ordered the other 2 items with slight changes, and another item in addition. This is a great company.”

“Ordered invitations for my sister's bridal shower. They came out exactly as expected with good print quality and nice paper stock (I paid for an upgrade). I would have liked the option to add gold foil accents to the image, but not a deal breaker. Provided a bunch of delivery options and I received the package on time as expected. They did come with standard white envelopes which I found a bit cheap in quality, but they were essentially free, so whatever. Just went back and ordered address labels for myself. Lots of image options for a variety to tastes. Would recommend!”
