“I have three orders now from zazzle. They're all fantastics. I usually don't write reviews but I would like to shout out for zazzle. (1) Their flexibility on personalization is great. I customized our wedding invitation cards, wedding envelopes, bar napkins, stickers etc. (2) The customer service is great. My bar napkins were ordered only about half a month before the wedding date. One week before the wedding, I called them b/c they were not shipped yet and they upgraded my shipping to express without any cost. (3) Their prices are reasonable. Of course they are more expensive than buying non-personalized items from other places. But people need personalizations, especially for occasions like wedding, birthday party, etc. Plus they often offer 15% - 50% discount on almost all items and for some items there also bulk discount (often up to 50% off), making them affordable to me.”

“I ordered bridal invitations and they were absolutely beautiful. The delivery came super fast and I was so happy on how they turned out. I will be ordering again from them soon and they have great prices. I’m a very happy customer and they came out amazing.😀😀”

“I ordered two pairs of leggings from Zazzle and absolutely love them! They were a little expensive but worth every penny. The quality of the material is awesome and the design is out of bounds! They offer designs and patterns you don’t find anywhere else. Very unique. And they’ve been nothing but nice this whole order. Their leggings are amazing! I highly recommend them and I’m very pleased with mine and they fit beautifully”

“I ordered 3 calendars for family for Christmas and they sent me a E-Mail telling me that my would arrive between December the 27th&29. I called costumer service and was told that the calendars were not even made yet.She told that she would update the shopping to second day air the calendars arrived December 22nd we were very came from out of state. I didn’t know that were custom made. Roseanne at costmer service made our Christmas perfect. Thank you Roseanne and Zazzle.”

“I had a great experience with Zazzle. Yes the items are expensive, but they are nice and they do an awesome job with the customization. BUT first and foremost I am very happy with their customer service. I ordered a custom pillow for my girlfriend for Christmas who ended up not liking it. In one quick phone call the Zazzle representative offered me a full refund or store credit, no questions asked after I explained why I wanted to return it. Double thumbs up from me.”

“Customer service is 1000% reliable and easy. Lady on the phone was super sweet and she had a cute British accent. she was the sweetest thing ever. she fixed my problem super quick and didn’t give me any trouble. i 100% recommend this company”
