“It was a good theorethical knowledge on Diversity and Inclusion.But i expected more case studies and real life examples/industry best practices and sharing from industry experts on their diversity initiatives, tools, challenges etc. Pehaps something AIHR can look into.”

“The DEI certification is thoughtfully executed. However, a lot of the information, concepts, or strategies are outdated and offensive. There is a lot of work that needs to be done. Considering the content is DEI, a white man should not be speaking throughout an entire module. AIHR needs to practice what they preach and recruit diverse talent/instructors to educate/inform.”

“This course was packed with lots of information. At times it was hard to follow and could be a little confusing. I noticed in some of the courses my printed material didn't match the information provided in the videos. I would submit questions and some of them were not answered.”
