“The program was lengthy a oscillated between being overly vague and hyper-specific in its subject matter. Some of the lessons in the center of the certificate seemed to avoid taking a true stance on the support of minority groups and voices by playing "both sides." The accessibility of the self-directed courses housed out of Articulate Rise 360 need remediation as plenty white text on light blue backgrounds don't meet ADA color contrast expectations. Furthermore, certain Rise 360 blocks aren't accessible to keyboard users. These inaccessible features are difficult to look past in a certificate all about Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging. Overall, the certificate supplied a large amount of information to consider at a large scale. However, I do wonder if it is worth the price tag based on the swingy nature of instruction and inaccessible items.”

“The presenters were all very clear & knowledgeable & the graphics/examples used to reinforce the learning were extremely helpful. Some of the content was irrelevant to my role/requirements but it was all very interesting & the areas that are relevant to me will help me in my role going forward.”

“My experience with AIHR was a good one. The platform is super easy to use and they spent a lot of time putting together informational courses with great visualizations. Not all of it was applicable for my organization or situation, but that is bound to be the case as HR is never one size fits all.”

“People Analytics course has a lot of insights for supporting a career in HR, however it could be a bit better structure, having more often a summary of the most difficutl topics. Overall I am satisfied of it, but I was expecting a more professional course. I will try on the other courses and see.”
